I never post reviews, like never! But I just can’t not post a review for Ferber’s, in particular the location in Midlothian. I worked with Matt. He was absolutely wonderful to work with—totally transparent on the issues with our vehicle, letting me know which were absolutely necessary and which were not. He worked with our insurance company and negotiated well so that we got almost everything covered. He arranged for an outside glass company to get our windshield replaced so that I didn’t have to do that on my own (as the insurance company recommended). They did the work quickly and even had my vehicle delivered due to some complications on my side. He was so incredibly accommodating! I would highly recommend this shop for your vehicle.

Great customer service. My inspection took a little longer than expected, but I was offered a loaner car which was very convenient. Inspection was thorough, and their online report is easy to navigate. Will return.

First time visiting and using Ferber's Tire and Auto Service. Matt was extremely great to deal with. I was in and out within an hour. They found an issue with my vehicle but no pressure to get it repaired right then. He gave me some options and what it was going to cost to get it fixed. The shop was extremely clean as was the whole facility. As of this review, I would definitely recommend Ferber's for your car's maintenance and repair.

Great experience with Ferber. They were able to give me a ride so I didn’t have to stay and wait. They recommend several services I really did need but didn’t realize. I’d be happy to use them again.

Have had the unfortunate opportunity to visit this location multiple times. Each time the staff is not only courteous and professional, they are also very personable. The level of communication is unmatched and the work is done timely. Feel it's important to add that repeat visits were my choice. Definitely recommend

I came in with a frustrating tire situation i had to refill air in my tires every other day the front desk mrs. Michelle saunders helped me amazingly explained the problem how long i could run without the fix everything she was perfect !!

Always professional detailed service from ferbers. The staff is quick to respond and explain exactly what the issue is, what needs to be done with excellent email explanations of all current and future recommendations to keep my car in top shape. The loner vehicle while my car is in the shop is a very nice added convenience.

Ferber's Tire and Auto Service in Midlothian was so amazing!!! My car's engine light came on right before I was supposed to go out of town and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in a matter of hours and gave me a loaner vehicle to get around with while my car was out of commission. In addition, their documentation and recommendation system is so clear and helpful! Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve brought my whole family over to Ferber’s! We love how detailed they are when they look over our cars and they always talk us through anything we might not understand. Their smiling faces always make us feel at home. We will continue to go to Ferber’s with all our car needs, because they really can do it all!

Matt has been looking after our cars for many years and he is exceptional. We took our car to Ferber’s shortly after he started there and we’re so incredibly impressed with the tools and technology available there. Took my van in for state inspection. Building is very clean and welcoming, it even smelled good inside, not like oil and grease. Very friendly staff. Although I received a rejection for a torn boot, they did a great job. Very thorough and included photos of every issue and recommended services. Provided a list of recommended services but no pressure to have them done. My husband works on our cars so most of the things had been done. He replaced the boot and I will go back tomorrow for re-inspection. Highly recommend.
