Felsing's has been our mechanic for the last 30 years. I can assure you if we had not been extremely pleased with their service and staff we would have went elsewhere. Felsing's is a multi generational service station. Joel is now I think the fourth generation to own the service station (maybe 5th generation - I am not sure - I believe his grandfather or maybe his great grandfather started the service station). Joel goes the extra mile to assist his customers, as did Gary and Ron before him. We recently bought a used 2014 Honda pilot to replace our 21 year old 2003 Honda Pilot. Felsing's kept our previous 2003 Pilot in great shape and with over 205,000 miles on the 2003 Pilot we were considering keeping it a few more years as it still worked and ran great but all good things come to an end and we felt we should replace the 2003 as there were some rust issues which have nothing to do with the mechanics of the vehicle. We have always believed a car repair bill was better than a monthly payment. Felsing's has helped us to keep that plan going. I can say with complete certainty you will not find a better or more honest mechanic. Felsing's is wonderful. Prior to Felsing's we always were terrified of service stations as service stations can have a reputation for some bed practices. Not Felsing's, they are GREAT!!! Also, as a Christian, I was always comforted by the fact that they have a Bible in the shop and it is well used and maybe even has some grease spots on it. Very comforting - in fact, while waiting for my vehicle in the shop once, I have heard them actually tell a customer "you wouldn't need to do that now" about a service. What service station says that? Usually at other stations it was "better do it now or your car could... bad thing" and pressure to do everything and more. Not Felising's - they never pressure you into anything. Joel even did the pre car purchase review/evaluation on our 2014 Pilot and he put our minds to rest that this would be another good car for us. He even told us "He would buy it." Again who does this kind of service? With so many changes in the world today regarding customer service (or should I say bad customer service as the norm today), having a mechanic with great customer service, ethics and integrity is rare find!!! You would be hard pressed to find a better service station.

My car was stolen and when it was recovered, I had it towed to Felsing Service. It was not in good shape. Thank goodness I have comprehensive insurance through State Farm which covered most of my repairs. Long story short -- when I picked up my car, it looked great. And it was just about back to normal. It definitely received attention and 'TLC', for which I am truly grateful. I'm glad to put the whole experience behind me. Felsing Service, you get 5 stars!

I needed to get my oil changed.. and was also pretty certain that my tires were shot and or that I might need new brakes.. felsing of course did the oil change and also checked my car for tire wear and checked my brakes out.. it would have been super easy for them to tell me it was time to get new tires or new brakes.. the great news was that both my tires and my brakes were considered to be in very good shape and no extra services were needed and the oil change and the once-over/ review of the aforementioned items were the only items I was charged for.. I truly appreciate the efficiency, good humor and general kindness of the shop! Thanks so much!

Most recently at Felsing’s with a problem with wobbling in my tires. They diagnosed the problem and explained what they had to do to correct it with an estimate of the cost. The quality of their work is outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. They are as honest as the say is long. I have never been disappointed.

**Updated - July 2024 all I can say is THANK YOU FELSINGS and I would recommend them to anyone needing honest and excellent repairs. I had an existing issue that had not been corrected via another repair establishment after numerous trips and repairs for the same issue. Felsing's mechanic found the issue and has repaired my car correctly. I am grateful and thankful for them and will continue to give them my business but also will be sharing them with many others. Got a used car inspection. Felsing's found a small oil leak that is still under manufacturers warranty. Saved me 3k. Another great experience at Felsing's. I like that they send me photos of the entire exterior of my vehicle. I know I'm getting it back in the same condition they received it. They also photograph issues the find so I can better decide what I want them to fix. I had a leaking tire. They found a screw in the shoulder area of the tire so it couldn't be repaired. After seeing the photo I agreed and added 2 new tires to my order. Great place to take your car. 101 years in business and counting.
