Heed all of these one star warnings. Do not trust him. He says he’s a mobile mechanic, but if more serious work needs to be done to your car, he will “fix” it at his own leisure in front of his house. Don’t expect a quick turnaround and expect to pay way more than what you’re originally quoted. I am convinced he did more damage to my car than it had when I brought it in. We ended up just fixing it ourselves after getting jerked around for a month. Unprofessional and rude.

Wow! Amazing! Contacted Felix to get an Alternator for my 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 4Matic, and he responded right away texting while obviously working on another job. The next morning Felix called from the parts store and then arrived to complete my work in about an hour. Seriously. You must see his work to believe it. Felix is certainly a gift from God. Thank you so much for service!

Felix was awesome! He was prompt, willing to wait for us to get the car part, and so so helpful! Our alternator on our subaru died and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quick and easy. Inexpensive, as well! Well worth it!

My son is a USF student remote from me. His car wouldn't start reliably. My remote diagnosis was starter, but we wanted a mechanic to confirm and repair since I could not drive out there. Things started off well. Quick response to call/text and arranged for a diagnostic that confirmed the issue was the starter. After my son purchased a starter, he installed it; and that is when things deteriorated. Car would not start, but Felix said it was due to the intelligent key being dead after the battery was disconnected. Told my son to change out the battery and all would work. My son did this and the key lock/unlock works, lights come on, etc., but the car does not even attempt to start despite seemingly recognizing the key. Felix said he would come out the next day to check it out, but he never showed up. Many texts and calls later from myself and my son have all resulted in absolutely no contact from Felix; now going on 12 days. We thought something happened to him, but a generic test call from another phone got a substantive response (not his auto response to text him). When we followed up with revealing that it was us reaching out, nothing but silence thereafter. It could be that something goofy happened with the immobilizer system or it could be that the starter install was never proved functionally. For $400, I would expect a lot more thorough service and not to be ghosted after the money is collected. Now we have to get another mechanic to finish his work or go a locksmith route. Thoroughly disappointed.

Call rung through then I immediately got a text quickly afterwards asking how can he help me and what needs to be done. After answering the question, giving car info and telling him I have the part already, waited over 24 hours and no response back. If super busy, it would’ve been nice to communicate that.

Great service! Same day service. Easy communication. Talked me though and showed me step by step how I can change the starter motor myself. He changed the starter in about 10 minutes while I was asking questions and distracting him.

Our daughter's car broke down, she is a college student and we called Felix. He was able to get to her in a short amount of time- confirmed the problem and fixed it promptly. We live a far way away and are so thankful! Professional, kind, and honest!

I needed a new starter for my wife's Mercedes. I called 4 different Mercedes auto shops in the area for quotes and was told that the labor time would take between 2-5 hours, and the average cost per hour was $150, ridiculous!! I decided to try calling a mobile mechanic, Felix. He quoted me a flat rate of $300, came out to my home the same day and had the job done in less than 45min, crazy! Feliclx and his associate were on time, professional, knowledgeable and gave me great advice on my wife's vehicle, will definitely aquire his services again when needed....Thank you, Felix!

I was told I needed a new battery and I opted to get it then 4 days later was charged again just to come out and tell me my battery which had warranty was drained…then said to get a tune up bc “it would fix the way the car was running” not might fix it but stated it would fix it. As soon as I was given a time up with all “new parts” my then running car no longer runs. I was given a loaner battery and told my battery I paid for would be brought to me and the loaner would go back now no one is answering me and I don’t have a battery I paid for so 645 dollars later no car and no battery it’s safe to say I am escalating this with the police dept….a year later still no battery and stole from my car

Requested service through a phone call. Got immediately ignored and a text from the # I called telling me to text them and not to call. So I did. Got no reply back. Customer service is null and void.
