By far the worst auto repair place I've ever been to to in my life, they should be shut down,I had the mistake of dealing with them once and they put wrong part on my vehicle and then got mad at me because I wanted replaced with the right part needless to say I had to threaten with a lawsuit in order to get the right part months later (so try at your own risk)

They cool people, the only thing that I waited their for about 1 hr more or less I wasn’t updated on time I was not updated on anything, I needed a quick in and out tire, turns out the tire I needed they didn’t have and they didn’t tell me until after the mechanic went and got a tire from another shop this was about 35 minutes in, and still when the tire did get their I waited about another 20 minutes to get it on, I got told one price but when I got their I got charged 42 moral of the story is that Felipe tire shop should be more communicative, the hr wait for me was by far ridiculous if I went to another shop tire would’ve came out to 30-35 and i would’ve definitely been in and out withing 10 to 15 mins

Great place. Came here with tire/rim issue four other places couldn’t fix. They got me together for a great price. We had issue with my car after a repair I appreciate them honoring their work!

I have a 2006 Acura . My wife , a 2009 Volvo. She has taken her car to Felipe’s for years. They are good people and can be trusted . They work WITH you and your vehicle to inspect and find the reasonable fix for your needs.. You need to be patient , YOURSELF — me anyway : car over 18 years old brought in with some weird grinding , clashing sounds under the hood or somewhere . A thoughtful , personal step by step approach got things — figured out and fixed! Affordable. . Gracias

After having a muffler hanging by wire situation, I brought my old 98 ford ranger to them like I always do. They're very friendly and professional and reasonably priced. They had my vehicle ready in just a couple days. My truck is more quiet than it was when I first bought it. They do excellent work!

Through a private exchange, I had bought my car here. When I was next here getting other work done. I noted that they do other custom work and asked about installing my backup camera on the car. The staff here were all extremely helpful and I would recommend coming here to anyone

Great Tire shop , had emergency and had to get my tire mounted and balanced in last minute. Felipe’s tire shop take care of my M4 and I’m back on the road. Definitely recommend for everyone in Indy area.

If you need engine work done DONT COME HERE I came in here with a check engine light spent $4,000 in it, motor gave out in less than 3 months won’t be doing Buisness ever again here ! Very friendly though until I came back about my issues then they said there’s nothing we could do. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE !

If you’re female I would suggest you go with a male, they tried to tell me something else was totally wrong with my car but I had told them what exactly was wrong. The problem my car had cost $86 to fix and the problem they had told me cost $2000 plus to fix. They overcharge women in my opinion. And there’s no heat in the office (it’s cold)

The argument in the office when I first came in should have let me know I should pick someone else for service on my brakes but I figured it's just brakes, well I got my brakes done here and later the next day they almost caused in accident on the highway because they put the wrong brakes on my vehicle. I contacted the manager and very unsatisfied with the response. Will not be returning

Was in a pinch with a flat tire, the other tire shop down the street didn't have my size but this place did for a very reasonable price! Definitely recommend.

Great service at a fair price. Just bring lots of PATIENCE! They only have 2 mechanics currently. Took nearly 3 hours for a brake job! But, overall, a good shop

I was referred to them by an employee at Take 5 oil change. I called up to the shop to make sure they had my size tire and that I wanted 4. The guy said they didn't buy to hold on so he could go check to make sure. After being on hold for 3-5 min the guy comes back and says YES they have some. I drive to the location all for them to tell me they DON'T have the tires and now I'm back to square one looking else where🤦🏾‍♀️ Safe to say I won't be a return customer

They were really petty, very unpolite to me everytime I called them I was put on hold and they never got back with me . The staff was racist and I will never do business again
