I recently had the pleasure of working with Fastrak Fleet Services while in Wichita, Kansas, and I couldn’t be more impressed.The GM, personally came out to handle my diesel repair needs. His expertise was evident from the start, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. What stood out to me was not only the speed of service but also the incredibly reasonable pricing. It's hard to find a mechanic who combines quality work with fair rates, but Kenny and his team nailed it. xceptional Service from Start to Finish! Cayden was amazing! I had an issue with my truck, and he diagnosed the problem over the phone just by looking at the pictures I sent. When he arrived for the service call, he had all the necessary parts with him and was fully prepared to get the job done right away. The whole process was efficient and professional, and he had me back on the road in no time. Special thanks to Kenny, the service manager, for making sure everything ran smoothly. Both Cayden and Kenny provided outstanding service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. If you need fast, reliable truck service, this is the team to call. Highly recommended!

My pett 389 Blew an airline somewhere shut me down fast I called for a road service about fifty miles away Elijah called me within fifteen minutes and told me he was on his way its a worry free experience for sure

These folks lied to me about their ability to complete a proper DOT Inspection. When I picked up the truck it had an air leak from the valves . Spring was broken on the fifth wheel. The belts where squeaking like hell and there was an oil leak on the pan under the truck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.!!!

Unlike other companies that use cheap, substandard parts, Fastrak only uses premium components. I have had the clutch brake replaced twice and Fastrak seems to be the only crew to do it right

great place to go if you have a problem (kenny) was fantastic in helping me thru my turbo when other companies just wanted to replace it. at first i was told thay would not be able to get to my 2018 KW 660 until the next day but about 45 mins after i was towed from a different shop into there yard kenny came out and started looking over my truck and found that (VGT) actuator was not working. was told by a different shop i had to replace the whole turbo. but kenny had me fixed and back on the road the same day. IM SO GRATEFUL. Fastrak is top on my list 100%

Finally found a mechanic that knows what he is doing. So I thought they knew what they was doing. In 18 months of service. They have had my truck in for repairs and re-repairs. For a total of around 20 + weeks of down time. That's cost me more than 100,000 in lost revenue due to inadequate mechanics.
