Went to Fastfix Automotive Monday 05/15/23 for replacement of oil pan gasket. Reggie was very courteous and considerate and has awesome people skills. He takes time with each and every customer. The work was done in a timely manner and the quoted price was exactly what I was charged, not a penny more. I am VERY well pleased with this transaction and whenever I need more automotive work done that fits my schedule and purse, I will definitely return. I HIGHLY recommend Fastfix for your automotive needs !! UPDATE: I went back about a week later because my Engine light came on and my A/C went out. I made 4 or 5 more trips there for the same issues. Approximately 2 months later I stopped going because I started feeling like I was getting nickel-&-dimed. Reggie had told me to buy a sensor and some freon. After about 5 more trips, 2 different sensors and 2 more cans of freon later, he then said I had 5 sensors on my car and I needed to buy another one. Problems were NOT resolved... So I NEVER WENT BACK! My 5-Star rating should be changed to an overall 2. However, I suggest you try him for yourself. Maybe he'll do you better service than he did for me overall.

Anytime I've pulled up with any problem - major or minor - Reggie and his crew have been able to quickly diagnose the problem, do the work to repair it, and get me rolling again! All of this while being friendly , fair, and courteous. Definitely service with a smile!

Best mechanic service I’ve had. They communicate well, the work is outstanding. I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m gonna use them again for my other car. But I like this place.

I called to see if they could service me unfortunately they couldn't but the man that answered the phone had problem pointing me in the rite direction if I ever need car services in the future they will be my 1st choice.

I went to fast fix automotive services after having my car’s oil changed at one of the oil change services in my area and asked if they could recommend someone I could go to to check my air conditioning because it was not working. And they told me to to go to his place of business to have him check my air conditioner. I now know that it was the best decision from a recommendation that I have ever made . They not only got my a/c unit going they also replaced the bad struts on my car, tuned my my car and checked my brakes. All at a reasonable hourly rate. It make me feel very good to know I now have a mechanic and his workers who has a shop near me that is honest, excellent character and does great work.👌🏾

Very disappointed with this place because we have been using them for years. My husband went 3 times to get his car fixed and each time he paid for parts and repairs to but the car still had the same problem. He paid around $1200 and his car was still not fixed. Took the car to another mechanic and it was fixed right away for shocks and struts. Fastfix is smart enough to know and was asked if it could be the shocks but they always came up with another problem with the car. My hubby finally realized that he was getting taken advantage of and it truly hurt him because he wanted to continue to support this small business but not if dishonest practices are being used. Shame on you Fastfix. Praying that you will stop allowing greed to make you swindle your loyal customers. Will never use you again.

I took my Camaro up there to see why my battery kept going dead, I only had a bad battery they made me buy alternator & starter charge me to put all that on in the problem was only the battery, they love telling people to buy things they don’t need in charge you for no reason to keep you coming back

One of the best places to get your vehicle needs met. I had to get an AC compressor censor replaced and other shops were charging me an outrageous amount but at Fastfix this guy told me: give me your part I'll be less than an hour and quoted my price. Less than an hour later I was driving away with snowballs blowing. This is one of the best places in Memphis to get your vehicle taken care of just ask for Reggie thanks for getting me out of paying to much to a shady mechanic

One of the best places to take your vehicle for any work that needs to be done. The owner and his crew are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle there if you're having any issues. I definitely will be back to have other work done....No lie this will be my go to spot in Memphis for my car needs.

Want to buy a tie about the wrong size tire gave me a low profile attack came up to three times the man was going to trade my tire for noon every time I came up there to get another used tire they didn't have it so I'm giving them one start
