Some time ago I spent time with you and it seemed like a fair price and a good job. Today I went by again and I was a little nervous about the price of what I required. I hope the owner or manager is aware of those prices that the employees give. I sincerely recommend clients look for other options and compare prices.

1 Star is even generous. Worst customer service and extremely poor management/ ownership skills. Came in with a flat front tire and was in critical stage where my wheel started to scratch. I felt welcomed at first and was informed that they do not carry 20 inch used tires. I agreed to settle with 2 brand new tires in the front. I mentioned to the owner/ manager that my wheel probably got scratched maybe even bent. Upon looking at my wheel he said "Oh, that is bent alright". Hearing that, I asked if it was possible for them to just replace my wheel with my spare instead of putting new ones. The owner immediately rejected because they did not want to take any risk. I offered to pay simply just to help me get my spare on so I could get home as I was a good hour away from home. Instead he replied saying, "It is not about the money, You think I need money? You think I care about money? I don't" I replied saying "it is not about the money, its about helping someone in need". I left and made it to another near by shop. While they were busy, as any other tire shop, they still managed to help me get back on the road and I made it home safe. I hope the management and owner will read this and work on their management skills and procreate professionalism. I want you to know, it is not only about the money, it is about being kind, generous and helping those who in need.

Fast tires has great customer service, and will have you in and out. I caught a flat tire and pulled over for help and they got the job done.

If I could give -5 stars… I would as the owner is the most advantageous, arrogant, unprofessional “salesperson”… I ended giving him a set of 4 tires with 400 miles only for free… because he said he didn’t have the tires I was looking for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!!

They were really nice and professional went to get something fix that I thought was wrong with my car but they let me know what's wrong and got it fixed
