I don’t know what other experience but we are very stuck now. We already spent 4000$ there to repair our Waterpump. The first day we got back our car , our memorial seat button not working. Send back to fix that. Second day, our engine light on again. Send back and cost another 250$ to check. Then now they say we need to change all the vacuum line as there are dried coolant there. This was previous diagnosed in the dealership and they ignored that. It comes with the old water plump leaking issue but now they want to charge another 2500$.

Absolute 5 star service on your Euro cars! I had some doubts before coming in but they are professionals who love and take care of cars. Much better service than the Jag/LandRover dealership.

I can't thank the team at Fast Lane European enough for their hard work. I purchased a used Porsche Macan GTS and was taking it in for new fluids and a mechanic check. They flagged a few issues that the dealer should have been upfront about, corrected work that was done to it prior, and had the job done promptly. The car runs significantly better, and they beat out the actual dealership regarding pricing. I worked with Craig, and moving forward, I'll come to them for all my needs as it is a one-stop shop. I highly recommend you check these guys out!

Edit: this is a shop that told me the problem from parts failing wasn't caused by parts or installation. Therefore it must be the way I drive or "wear and tear", and they never honor the warranty. The "concessions" they made was to waive the labor cost, ad charge me $700+ for parts. I didn't want to have a 2nd bad experience with them, so I never came back. I brought my car here in November for a brake job, the car had about 80K miles, and it was the first time the car was getting new rotors. The issue started happening again at 92K. Took the car back, they refused to honor the 20K warranty. They offered to waive the cost of labor but wanted to charge $700+ for parts. Even worse, they denied any wrongdoing, blaming the issue happening again on my driving style, or "unknowingly getting the brakes heat soaked".

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Craig explained what my BMW needed and fixed the coolant leak, as well as an oil leak that's been leaking for a while apparently and cleaned up the caked on oil from that leak so it looks like new and steamed cleaned under the hood. They took care of my 2012 BMW 550i and I recommend this shop. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was very thorough and did not cut any corners. I want my car fixed right and they did just that.

Fast Lane European is best in class - their guys are awesome and save my life! I got a 10 year old BMW 740 with AC failing during heat wave. I spent $600 at dealer to recharge with comprehensive diagnosis, resulting in an initial quote of $6000+ to replace the evaporator (dealer did lower price a bit after negotiation). Then I went to Fast Lane for second opinion. Jason and team fixed it by replacing a faulty valve for $300 in a day! While dealers are always courteous with free coffee cookies and loaner, they failed big time on this AC problem, or maybe they need more revenue to encourage expensive repairs! Don’t trust the dealer for any expensive quotes!

Went here after another mechanic shop messed up my AC, at drop off we were told that we can pick up around 4-5 pm and yes! We got message before 5pm. They were very helpful and honest, even did a complementary alignment-checkup along with other recommend for maintenance. Graig was very helpful and patient with us. This is going to be our togo place for our lovely car.

Mason is one of the best. I was his #1 customer years ago, when he was still arranging his shop and today Fast Lane is taking care of our two Volvos... Very honest, respectful of your time and money he offers advice of what is needed and what are the best approaches but he never pushes you for anything. Great car service, great customer service.

Decided to try this shop because it was nearby and I didn't want to drive far with a coolant leak but was immensely disappointed by the experience. I was quoted over $3,500.00 to replace what was lazily diagnosed as a "leaky waterpump." Mason, who strikes me more as a salesman than an actual qualified mechanic, proceeded to give me the whole sales pitch on all the perfectly working components of the car that I should replace, trying to upsell me on the already ridiculous cost of maintenance. After bringing the car home, I was able to determine myself that the waterpump was not leaking at all and the car just needed $18.00 worth of some new rubber o-rings. Driven the car 4k miles since then and it hasn't leaked a drop. My advice, if you're not mechanically inclined, just take the car to the actual licensed dealer as the customer service and quality of care is much greater. Fast Lane European definitely won't try saving you a dime so you might as well take it somewhere with more qualified technicians and labor that's backed by a warranty. (Vehicle: E39 BMW)

I am grateful to Mason, its been years but that was a very difficult period, Steven Creeks Hyundai Stealership sold me a bad bmw and I found myself going circles on how to get my newly bought car fixed… I did buy warranty with it and Mason helped not only diagnose the problem properly but worked to get warranty inspections and fixed it. Just got my 2006 M3 back today and the car is running great. The car was sitting covered up for months and due to phantom battery draw it needed a new battery altogether to pass smog. Got the fluids changed and new wipers as well. I baby this car because it has low mileage so i needed to ensure its top mechanical condition for future resale, that's why i take it to Fast Lane. Wanted to publicly thanks Nathan. I had an unexpected repair and the crew was extremely patient with me. During the pickup walkthrough I found my front bumper damaged. I hadn't checked if it was from someone hitting my car previously in the company parking lot or their garage. Nathan was patient, respectful and immediately helped pull up camera views. We spent 15 min and I was convinced the damaged had occured elsewhere. They got me in and out super quick while the dealership had a long wait line. There were a couple of other things they did to make me feel welcome and truly excelled at taking care of the customer. I will definitely go back. I would highly recommend this place for Audi repairs.

Where to start, I've been coming here for years now. Mason and team never disappoint. This is the only shop I bring my vehicle too now for repairs. 10/10 would do again. What lead me to Mason and team? Awhile back my car had stopped while I was driving it. I towed it into my regular mechanic and they had it for a month (start of the pandemic) and couldn't figure it out. Took it to 2nd shop, they also had it for 3 weeks and couldn't figure it out. Brought it into mason, within 8 hours we're on the phone, problem identified, parts ordered. Not only did Mason resolve the actual issue, he was able to determine the actual CAUSE of the issue and address that so that it wouldn't reoccur, as it would have without his expertise. Over the years now I've recommended anyone who's had issues to stop in, and nobody has ever complained about their service. Mason and team are like the definition of people you want to see rise up. Fantastic guy, Fantastic shop.

Mason and the team were great! They found all the issues I had with the car quickly and was able to resolve them with ease. While the local dealership couldn't find all the issues and tried to charge me for the attempt which is outrageous. Mason and his team was able to be transparent in the work they did, they showed me photos and videos and what exactly was wrong with the car. I felt confident leaving the shop knowing the items I had concerns were addressed. Highly recommended!

I have always been very satisfied with all services performed here, from a simple oil change to major repairs. They are very knowledgeable on everything BMW and Volvo (my cars serviced). Requested appointment online on a Sunday, they texted me back Monday morning! Went over, listened to my issues and were upfront that they were going to charge me just to find the issue. Texted me back later that day to give me detailed discovery and what the price would be. Fixed the issue once I gave the go ahead and was fixed fast! Paid online, picked up the next day. Very professional and easy to deal with! Thank you for the service! Will be back!

Honorable and honest, fast and fair, Mason and his team do an excellent job every time I bring our Mercedes in for service. Would recommend to anyone who owns a European-made vehicle. They serviced our BMW and now the Mercedes. During COVID, I took my car elsewhere because I had an emergency flat tire to fix at the same time, but I immediately regretted that I didn't give Fast Lane European the business. A few months later and I needed a headlight bulb changed (Mercedes doesn't make it easy to DIY). After calling in the morning and getting to the shop at opening time, they got it changed in 25 min. Talk about speedy service!

I took my 2007 Volvo XC70 here after a cross country road trip that resulted in quite a lot of maintenance needs and I couldn’t be more happy with the service! They were quick, communicated everything with me along the way, went above and beyond to get my car in tip top shape, and were just an overall pleasure to work with. Mason took the time to look at my car with me and listen to my history with the car and what I suspected was wrong. Sean was incredibly friendly and made the experience enjoyable with his awesome attitude. I will absolutely come here again in the future! It can be hard to find a trustworthy, quality garage, and this is definitely one! Thanks for everything, my Volvo is running the best it has since I bought it!

I towed my 2004 BMW here for a second opinion from the BMW dealership. Unfortunately the driver handed Sean and his partner the paperwork with complete assessment done at the dealership.Without running any tests and using the information they had they charged me 370 bucks. Don't trust these frauds.
