I was referred here by my colleague and everything she said about Omar was 100% correct! He is honest ,extremely knowledgeable and a fun guy to top it off! Found my new go to place to bring my car. Definitely referring people to Omar / fast auto.

I took my Suv to this place for Repair the first time they charged me 1100.00 and mind you before I took my car in their was no squealing noises or weird noises, and to top it off their was oil leaking from some area near the back drivers tire side So i called the owner and told him and he said to bring my car back in well he comes back and tells me their is oil leaking from the differential which when they took it apart it ended being a small gasket that needed to ve replaced well he turns around and charges me another 575.00 I'm very upset because I did not have this leak going on the first time I took my car in and then all of a sudden it's making these weird noises and now it's leaking well 1650.00 later it's still making noise and still smells like oil, the owner claims he has the best mechanics on his clock well to be honest it does not seem like it..This has been a horrible experience to pay this kind of money and still have issues with my vehicle and I honestly think the owner could care less..please people beware of this company i think they just charge too high and all for nothing.

The team at Fast Auto Center did a great job at a competitive price on my wife's Honda Civic. We're were so happy I took my Lexus over to get worked. Extremely appreciative they're part of our community.

no mechanic shop can top the service offered here, i brought in my mercedes after it suddenly stopped working and they were able to figure out the problem within 15 minutes ON A BUSY SATURDAY!! within an hour they were already ordering the parts and they fixed multiple issues in less than a week. the people who run the place are good people who know what they’re doing, they explained in detail what the problems were, gave me a lot of options to pick from, and were transparent about everything from quality to prices, and at the end they showed me all the new parts they installed for me too. excellent mechanical service, amazing customer service, excellent knowledge and they’re quick too. if you care about your car then this is the place to go to.

I talked to a man for 30 seconds and I waited in a beautiful and comfortable lobby for about 40 minutes. They did a thorough alignment and inspection, and the price was extremely fair. I’m very glad I found this place. I will be back.

I always take my Jeep Commander , to Fast Auto, I’ve been doing business with Omar, and his team for three years now and their work is top notch and pricing has always been very fare. I would recommend these people to anyone even my own mother , who is now a customer.

Needed to find a place to help with a battery charger issue on truck all the places I called before said it would be a few days before they could look at my truck ended up going to fast auto and they had the issue fixed next day.

Oscar is a great guy! He quoted me 300 less than what the other shop asked and took care of it in an hour when the other shop said they needed a week ! Definitely coming back!

Get your oil change here ! The price is fair, and I was there less than 20mins but the waiting area has comfortable seating and beverages. The guys there were welcoming and I will definitely come back here.

Omar and his friend did my oil change today and it was by far the fastest service I’ve ever received. Even gave my daughter a snack and a water bottle. I was turned around by Chevy dealership after they mistakenly scheduled me to come in today at 4pm but we’re already booked for the whole day. I would recommend Fast Auto Center to anyone! :)

It was providencial that I found this place! I needed to take my car on a road trip later that day when my ac died. Nobody was going to have the parts. He had a car he was able to pull the parts from and get me in and out in under an hour. Very friendly. He explained everything. Fixed my problem. I'll be coming here for future auto repair!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Car issues never happen at a good time…but these guys went above and beyond to help get the situation diagnosed and fixed by the end of the day Friday. Very transparent with pricing of parts/labor! Even though it’s not in a part of Dallas I frequent often…it will be a shop I’d come back to for future repairs! Thanks Omar & Sam - You’re Rockstars! 🤩

I’ve lived in pleasant grove over 25+ years! Best mechanic shop I’ve ever experienced these guys are fast honest! And a side bonus they actually fed me I didn’t even expect it! Actually took me in the shop showed me what was wrong with my car showed me how they were gonna fix it and while they were fixing it fed me and we had a good conversation Omar is a great owner and hard worker definitely will use this spot for ANY work ever needed done! He’s trilingual as well speaks different languages so no problem with communication! Appreciate you Mr Omar ! You are a great man and have created a great business I’ll definitely send everyone I know who needs mechanic work done your way!
