We took our truck to get repaired with far west , they did not find the issue, they did not repair anything, the proceeded to do the pm service which we had already told Tom West the owner the pm service had already been done . The bill was around $798.00. When we had first taken the truck lights were when we picked it up none of the lights were working. We called Tom West to inform him that issue, and he responded that he was not gonna be liable for that issue. Please be sure to check your unit before driving out of that place! If i could give a zero star to this place I would!

Another mechanic shop told me that one of my cylinders was loosing compression and that I needed a new engine. So, one of my Team referred me to Far West. After Far West diagnosed the problem, they discovered it wasn't one of my cylinders, it was my ignition coils and plugs. As it turns out, my truck runs smoothly, the engine light doesn't come on, and I didn't have to purchase a new engine. Far West saved me $12K. I highly recommend people to use Far West for their auto repair. They are honest and have great personalities.

Such a waste of time!! Don't even bother to stop by this place, after a whole day waiting for a OIL CHANGE I was informed that they ran out of oil!? I mean come on, it's not a can of soda so you ran out of it all of sudden. Very poor service, will never be back and I hope people will read reviews before coming in.

They are unproffesional a simple oil change seemd like i was doing a overhaul on my truck that tells you how good they are at their job. Never again will i come there and i would not recomend nobady to go there nither poor business leadership there not organized and like i said sinple things took a life time to do

Too bad that you cannot give 0 stars, or negative. My driver is waiting for whole day for oil change, thank God is not anything more than that. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Very fast and courteous help. Highly recommend if you have a diesel. I was also told they do gasoline but I brought in my diesel.
