This location is great for me. It's right down the street from my home, so I take BOTH cars routinely. I've spent a great deal of money at this location between all of the vehicles we've owned over the years. Lately, there seems to always be "something" not quite right when I leave. No sticker, light not reset, oily handprints inside the interior, leaving things out or in my car etc. Today, I had returned to that location because they forgot to put the grommet back on the glovebox air assembly. I drove back there to ask them to put it back in because I didn't know where they got it from, but I knew it wasn't there BEFORE they changed my oil. I asked a technician and he took it to the manager. I watched the manager's head shaking back and forth, "no" a few words, then his head shaking again. Obviously unable to determine what it is, the technician returned with an "I'm sorry, we can't help you". I realize that he just dismissed me completely and let me say, I KNOW I have NO idea how it appeared on the passenger floor board. I would say, never again, will I let THAT manager take credit for anything positive that has ever happened. Since he took over that office, customer service is non-existent. Apparently, he's just THAT WAY. So many times when I've gone in the last year and a half, the final result is disappointment for one reason or another. That was the last time they will ever get one dollar of mine. It's not that I can't figure out where it came from, it's his lack of accountability for his station. Which, brings to mind this fact: if he does this day in and day out, he SHOULD know what the part was. I Googled it and found out what it is and how to reinstall. Yes, he is polite by saying Ma'am, but a "no" without even investigating was not the best move. I'll gladly drive further in the future. After reading all of the auto reply on the negative reviews, I'm curious how many people really ended up with satisfaction at the end or was it jibber-jabber.

The key phrase here is "customer service." I decided to make this place my go-to shop when I first moved to Jacksonville several months ago, and I'm very glad I did! My aging Honda Civic continues to run like it's brand new, even as it just passed the 120k mark. Chris is awesome, and he trains his guys to be straight shooters. You can't go wrong when you have good people managing your store and I continue to be impressed with Famous Lube's service time and time again. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t hassled with services that I didn’t need. I just wanted an oil change and that’s what I got. They were also very kind, respectful, professional and they serviced my truck quickly. My only knock was when I hopped in my truck there was a little bit of oil on my shifter & on my arm rest. No big deal it wiped right off with some hand sanitizer. Accidents happen they still earned 5 stars for their service, I’ll be back for my next oil change and I would recommend this place to anybody/everybody.

This place is awesome. I went for the first time a few weeks ago to get an oil change and there were a few other things wrong with my car that I wasn’t aware of. Tray was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me and was extremely fast too! My car runs way better after the service. Tray and Jacob were great. This is my new car service place for sure. Super nice and competent dudes work here 10/10

If you have a fleet vehicle and you're in a rush. I don't recommend this place. After the oil change. I was told I can't leave until the fleet sent a PO. Never happens in valvoline stations. First and last time I go to these. Also forced out of the car, which doesn't happen at valvoline either. At valvoline you just go, pull in, they scan, oil change and leave right away. No getting out, no extra waiting, no staying until a PO is issued.

dont recommend this store actual manager or leader store is not professional and clearly he don't follow the maintenance instructions or procedures after paid for my oil change he said you're done and then i just ask him to check the oil level and he don't filed my engine and "i was ready to ride" had to check the oil by myself and then tell him he was not right at this point feeling unsafe to service my car here
