I just found my new spot for my oil changes and any other maintenance, and tech (David) who was very professional, attentive, and informative and its a good location if your not wanting to sit in the lobby plenty of places to walk to although they always have something good to watch on TV, DAVID is the man, trust me if you come here just ask for him and you will be happy with the end result guaranteed!

Went there today for just a quick oil change. David deserves a raise, that man was working so hard with little to no staff. Providing the best customer service with smiles and jokes and that little Bay Area gets so hot for them. David was sooo outstanding that I’ll definitely be coming back just to have him service my car again.

Let me preface with, I’ve had no problems with my car-my carfax backs this up. The staff are friendly but unfortunately my experience has been stressful and ongoing. I got an oil change April 9th. Just the oil change and I brought my own oil (full synthetic). My car had not been working correct since. I’ve had to fill my oil twice since, it's black in color and I’ve been hearing rattling along with my oil light coming on frequently. I’ve brought it back twice since and I called to request footage with no resolution. There have been attempts to address the issue for free but after three visits I don’t feel comfortable with them working on my car.

The lack of responsibility of the technicians in this workshop is crazy. Today June 23/2024. I left my 2019 Ram truck to change the oil and filter and left the truck with the manager. I returned an hour later and The truck was parked in the parking lot outside the workshop. I asked the manager if everything was ready and he said that everything was finished. When I went and started the truck I felt a very loud noise in the engine. And I automatically went and checked the oil level and I realized that the technicians had drained the oil Old and they never put new oil in, the oil level is at zero. The manager apologized to me for what had happened but this was a mistake that could have cost a lot of time and money. I don't know about other customers but I don't go to this workshop anymore.

I went to get an oil change the beginning of the month waited about 45 minutes and then they said the car was ready. I put in Tire Kingdom to replace a tire on my dad’s car which was 7 minutes away. 3 minutes into driving I saw dark smoke coming from my dad’s exhaust. I pulled to Tire Kingdom and asked them to check my oil because the smoke. My dad’s car that takes 5.8 quarts had 12 quarts in his engine which means they never did my oil change. While at Tire Kingdom, they informed me and showed me my oil pan plug was completely stripped which I will share a picture of. Quick lube stripped my plug. My dad does his own oil changes and the plug was completely fine when he dropped it to me because he did an oil change right before he gave me the car months ago. I paid for another oil change at Tire Kingdom to make sure and hope they didn’t do damage by flooding my dad’s engine. I went back to Quick Lube to talk to them about what happened. They downplayed the issue saying since it’s a Voltswagen they only drain it from the top since it has no oil plug. I informed them it does have an oil plug. I spoke to the manager Lewis and he said he would meet me there the next morning to watch video footage. Long story short the guy didn’t check my oil level, he put the vacuum tube in the engine to drain it but didn’t put it far enough to drain. The container was clear so it was obvious the oil didn’t drain. It’s so crazy to me because I heard multiple people screaming verifying but no one saw my engine had 12 quarts in it. While it was supposed to be draining the guy went back below the car and stripped my plug for no apparent reason. I wasn’t rude, I never met this man a day in my life so I can’t wrap my head around why he would do this to me? It’s bad enough being a woman getting an oil change on my own thinking things like this can happen to me. Lewis gave me a refund and offered to put in a new oil pan plug and I accepted. When I returned to get the oil pan plug replaced this guy was still working there. When I watched the video the man who tried to mess my car up stood around and stared at me a whole lot like he was trying to intimidate me. I hate this place and any one who’s been here needs to check there car seriously.

I called four times to ask if they were capable of doing a oil change on my car since it is a uncommon model and after two or three rings was hung up on every time. I guess I won't be bringing my vehicle in to be worked on. I guess this Randy everyone is raving about isn't at work today. No customer should be hung up on regardless if you are busy or not. I consider this to be very unprofessional and won't be bringing either of my three vehicles to this establishment despite being the closest place to get your oil changed to my home.

Louis & all crew (there's guy who loves Mt. Dew too forgot his name) always so pleasant & easy going when I show up with any kind of vehicle need (checked oil, tire pressure, wipers) I really appreciate this spot conveniently located in my neighborhood. Next time you roll through bring this hard working crew a treat cause sometimes they don't take real lunch/dinner break

THIS IS THE BEST AUTO SHOP IN JACKSONVILLE!!! HANDS DOWN!!! I'm about to move to Nebraska and the only thing I'm going to miss about Jacksonville is this place. Every time I come here they go above and beyond the call of duty. Louis and Montrel are the BEST!!! They made sure everything was checked and fixed, if needed, for my 19 hour drive to Nebraska. They are super quick, efficient, helpful, and AWESOME!!! If you need an oil change or anything else, COME HERE!!! And if I need something done that they don't do here, they always tell me the best and most affordable place to go. I've never found a shop who is better than them. They take care of their customers and I'll miss them!!

Friendly but tried to say I needed other services..like coolant flush..well just had that done with water pump replacement..said filled windshield washer fluid..nope had to fill..asked for synthetic blend paperwork said Castrol 5w30..no mention of a blend😖..said air filter good..nope..just replaced myself as it was dirty..
