Customer service (Tyler) was less than stellar. First he failed to explain their process of sending a text message with an invoice to review. Secondly when I asked if the $20 road hazard was optional he said “no” but then offered to remove it. I’ve never seen road hazard as anything but optional. Third when I called back to find out when the tire would be available for install Tyler said “I told you I would call when the tire comes in….” If it wasn’t for having to start the whole process over I’d refused the service and went elsewhere. Lastly, when my wife took the car in to have the tire installed Tyler told my wife that I requested to have the tire mounted but not put on the car. I have no idea where he got that thought from!

Tyler was AWESOME. Friendly, kind and professional. He talked me through the entire process thoroughly. I also LOVE the fact they are paperless. Overall a wonderful experience and I will not only return with my other 3 vehicles, I would recommend Apex to others.

Wow first time here and I was blown away with how amazing these guys are. Austin and Tyler were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and made the issue at hand so easy. I showed up pretty late and close to closing time and they still took my car right back. I definitely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Apex today for a tire change and alignment. I was first taken back at the communication over the phone, answering all my questions, not rushing me, nor making me feel like I was burdening by asking questions even though the phones were ringing. When I got to the shop the way Austin greeted me was very inviting and friendly. I was even more amazed watching him give every customer over the phone or any person who came in the same amount of time, hospitality, and dedication. His personality and customer service was above and beyond. The work his staff did was great and within reasonable time, discussing my quotes and going options. Because of this they will always have my business! Cant recommend them enough now and I am excited to have them in the neighborhood. Thankyou Austin and the Apex team!

Probably the best auto repair experience I've ever had. Austin and team were friendly and professional. The system used to communicate during repair was great as well! I received full inspection information allowing me to feel confident in approving the recommended work.

When this was Famous Automotive it was a five-star spot. But now it has been bought out by a corporate entity, and therefore the almighty dollar rules, complete with newfound diagnostic fees and higher prices. When I had my spark plug change quoted 8 months ago under the old ownership, it was $650. Today I paid $1,000. Calvin is still at the front desk. He's friendly and honest but the overall mentality and focus has definitely changed. I guess I'm in the market again for a new repair shop.

Every time I come here, I am treated with respect and I feel heard. They are professional and highly knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. They answer all my questions. We have gone to this shop multiple times for multiple vehicles, and we interacted with Sam each time. He is professional, friendly, and clearly has integrity. The shop has done great work for us at a very fair cost. I will continue to go there for future needs, and I highly recommend them.

Missing center caps, missing valve stem caps, replaced and threw out the wrong tire and on top of that over torqued and destroyed my lug studs. (Possibly on purpose because we had to go back a second time to get the work corrected from the first visit). Remember a repair shop is only as good as the actual mechanic that works on your car that day. Check out some of the other reviews, one stated the wheel almost fell off and they did not even care. Rolling the dice at this joint.

These guys are awesome!!!!I everybody there was super friendly. I felt comfortable talking to them and made you feel at home. I had a tire that wasn’t holding air. I stopped by to have them check it out and they took it right in and patched it up. I didn’t even have to wait more than 20 minutes. They fixed it and I was out the door. They didn’t even charge me for the patch. They didn’t have to do that. That was awesome!!!

Famous Automotive is my go to for all my car needs... tires, oil changes, etc. I have been a customer since they opened and have received excellent customer service! A special shout out to Sam who is knowledgeable and takes great care of the customer!

I was there yesterday to unclog the drain on my sunroof they said everything is fine and it did rain big time and the driver side floor was soak and wet my floor carpet was heavily soak with rain water and the drain wasn't working .And they charged me 50$ for just about ten minutes .Going back on Monday to have it done I am pretty upset about there ability to fix something never get done right.

Took my car in with an issue of the car not starting at all only if jumped even with a new battery from two weeks ago. Worrying it was something worse. I dropped off my car later in the day on Saturday so didn't expect to have it done until Monday, but the team there tool the time before their weekend to give it a look and ended up just being corroded terminals which they did the courtesy of cleaning and tightning, and bam the car starts great and the terminals look almost new. Honest mechanics who identified and fixed my issue quickly and without trying to sell me on extra unneeded work. Outstanding customer service from the employees and who I believe was the manager I primarily spoke with. I also have had full breaks done on my impreza in the past from here and they have held up fantastic. 10000/10 would recommend this shop, best trusted honest mechanic on the Island, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Love this place.. great, fast service. Very nice customer waiting area and good touch with the popcorn...my favorite. Told me about future services possibly needed on my truck ( I wish those recommendations were on my receipt). I'll be back!

I have been taking our vehicles here for years. There have been times where mistakes have been made and I have taken back for them to fix it. Now it’s just happening too much. I had a nail in my tire and it shredded. Took it up there and they put a new tire on. My TPMS system would not shut off. Took it back and they said it would clear on its own. Fast forward a few months and I brought to another service place because it still won’t turn off. Famous Automotive put THE WRONG TIRE SIZE ON!!! This is just lazy and people not taking pride in their work.

Last Friday I went, for the first time, to Famous Automotive for an oil exchange and tire rotation. To complete the service, they took almost 2 hours. Later I found out because a new employee was performing the service, which was supposed to be supervised by someone... supposed to! Later in the day, while driving with my 2 little children and family, the right front tire almost fell off, as several lug nuts were lost along the way and other lug nuts were loose. Upon checking I found out that several lug nuts on all four tires were loose. The car was making tremendous noise with the wheels loose. I was able to hand tighten them and replace the lost lug nuts. I called Famous Auto and spoke with the manager. He mentioned that he would take care of it, once I would come back. This morning, I went back after dropping my daughter off at school and spoke with the assistant manager. Very little empathy was shown when I explained the danger and how it affected my family. Someone checked the wheels and tightened the wheels at the correct tension. When I explained to the person how it was dangerous for my family, the only thing I heard was "I know, I know", basically dismissing the situation. Given the little empathy and without any apologies (I only got an apology by the manager on the phone, while in the store nothing was said), I definitely do not recommend them and won't be back either. I am glad nothing seriously happened.

Famous automotive is the best shop I've been to in this area. The staff is great and super polite. The owner Sam Is a great guy as well. Would give 10 stars if it were available
