I have been going to a German car mechanic since I moved to Raleigh 18 months ago. They got it wrong every time and charged very high prices. My last misadventure was last week when I had my battery replaced. 5 days later, car totally dead and would not take a charge. Enter my heroes at Falls Village! Had my car towed there and they got to me in right away. Old mechanic failed to connect new battery properly and these guys knew exactly what to do and had me on my way. My neighbor, who also has a German car, referred them to me as being honest, hardworking, not about ripping you off and very good mechanics. I was not disappointed and so happy to have a good place to take my car. They were also kind and polite,

great experience! called right before closing time when i got home to see my front rim was black. turns out i blew a caliper on my brake...eek! Jason was able to get me in the next morning and had me back on the road before noon. family business..highly recommend

Bobby is a skilled and honest mechanic. I would highly recommend his services. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. The pricing is fair and despite the fact that they are busy all the time, Bobby and his son are always available to speak with me when I have a car issue. They will stop their current job and actually speak with you ( not some desk person ) and you just don’t get that anywhere else. He’s even skilled with boats which he’s also fixed some issues I’ve had with my boat. 5 stars plus !!!

Bobby was very knowledgeable and friendly! He had my high idle issue fixed in one afternoon and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it! The Chevy dealership wouldn't even look at my car because of it's age. Will definitely return and recommend others to come here.

Dealing with these people has been so easy. I get updates via text message, can approve/deny fixes in an easy-to-read itemized online form and the whole process is transparent. My car is still in the shop there but so far so good!

My go to mechanic in Raleigh. Always fair and I have never felt I was being taken advantage of. Also have performed a couple of pre-purchase inspections. Worth every penny. Don't buy a used car without running it through these guys.

I have been using Falls Village Auto for several years now. The guys are always courteous and service is speedy even when I call at the last minute . I was even given a tip for my car that isn't driven super frequently so that inspection went smoothly. Such a great place at a super convenient location. Highly recommend.

Well organized fueling during cyber attack induced fuel storage. The staff blocked access from one street entrance and had staff easily and safely direct cars to the next available pump based on which side the gas tank was on. Took all the stress and craziness away! Wish every station handled it as smoothly!
