First time experience and it was the best one! I’ve been searching for a mechanic to use permanently, so I can avoid taking it to the big chain car places where you never know who truly is working on your car. This place came recommended to me by a coworker and they did not disappoint. Very thorough in explaining everything, they understood I was on a budget and what I wanted. When they send you the estimate of what they can do, they give you the full price of fixing EVERYTHING and then the price that will at least get you back on the road safe for now if you can’t afford the full work up right then. I appreciate knowing my options! I do not plan on taking my car elsewhere ever, thank you guys!

This experience was amazing- great to find a trustworthy auto shop in Colorado Springs! The owner Jake is indeed an honest faithful man and all of his employees are great- especially Wayne who is the customer face that is easy to work with and a provider of great info during your service. I have found comparing this auto shop to others they win every time for quality of service and price - they even gave me a nice discount this week on a service I trusted to them. Definitely a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommendation!

We have been customers since 1986 and trust this company to keep our vehicles in top shape. We took our 2003 4Runner in recently for service. Their work is excellent and the charges are fair. We drove 1250 trouble-free miles after we picked it up. Big (new engine) or small (trunk wouldn't open), they will fix your problem ASAP. Highly recommend.

We’ve used Faithful multiple times with good results but recently our car broke down near a different mechanic in town who was going to charge us thousands. We ended up getting it towed to Faithful where they caught that this particular part was under a Jeep recall and it ended up costing us nothing! We’re so grateful to have found a trustworthy place to take our vehicles.

As always, Jake was awesome! I brought my 2007 Nissan Frontier in to have my original 160,000mile worn out struts replaced with Bilstein 4600s I had purchased (Bilstein only sells them as a shock to utilize your existing springs). Unbeknownst to me, they only come with a new bottom plate and NOT the upper plate. After the very timely install, I noticed the following morning a terrible front end noise. After returning the truck to see what happened, we fount that one of the old top plates wore through and the strut was just bouncing up/down freely! Jake said this was a rare occurrence, but can happen if new top plates aren’t installed. Jake immediately ordered new top plates and reinstalled them free of charge - checking the alignment as well to ensure all was good! ABSOLUTELY THE MOST HONEST CAR MECHANIC SHOP I HAVE EVER USED!! I would give them six stars if I could!

Faithful Service Auto has done excellent work taking care of my 28-year-old, 415,000+ mile Toyota Tacoma. They always have a detailed, fair quote for me before they begin any work. They are upright and honest and always treat me with respect. They have never tried to sell me a service my truck didn't truly need. I highly recommend Jake, Wayne, and their team of mechanics for their quality work and honest, fair, and friendly service!

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Faithful Auto Service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! Wayne in the office was absolutely fantastic. So I didn’t want to screw this up because I use these guys at Faithful and have left a previous post from a couple years ago and didn’t want it to disappear (see below from a couple years ago). Anyway, I just got my truck back from them again and I’m leaving another 5 stars. Since the transmission replacement I’ve also had the high-pressure fuel pump and most recently the fuel pump in the gas tank replaced. These are all warranty “fixes” and I trust them much more than the local Nissan dealerships. These guys are great, have always been up front and honest with me and I highly recommend them for all your mechanic needs. When this Titan has issues again, they’ll be the first ones I call! Why can’t every auto repair experience be EXACTLY like this one? Wayne and the folks at Faithful were 5 star worthy for taking care of my Titan transmission replacement. They listened to my diagnostics thoughts first, they dealt with the Warranty company, they kept me up to date throughout the process and they were top notch in the customer service arena. They did it all and I just had to run my credit card at the end. I will be back for any new auto issues that come up for sure. Excellent job guys, thanks!! She runs like a champ again.

My experience with Faithful Service Auto was beyond my expectations. We went through more than any Auto shop than was ever expected. They hung in there with me. Together ❤️ we finally got everything resolved and my TRUCK was finally done. They went over and beyond what was expected of any shop to fix my truck but Together we finally got the transfer case, a new installed and returned to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of repairs to their vehicles. I have referred my friends and family to them as well as anyone who asks where I had my truck fired. Their service is impeccable and they keep you updated about everything that is going on. So I highly recommend them to all of you who need a good quality mechanic for Auto repairs they are the guys 👦 to go to. They are fair and are HONEST!
