Me cambiaron el aceite y pusieron el filtro mal, quedó liqueando aceite, y me dijeron que debían cambiar una pieza que costaba $500 fui a otro lugar y era que habían puesto el filtro mal, pésimo servicio en este lugar, estafadores!!!

Faith auto repair is one of those 3 best mechanics (among 50+ mechanics I come across USA, after lived in 40 cities across 10+ states) that I ever had. One is from Michigan. 2 are from Houston. Most mechanics are fraud/running-scams defrauding customers. ------------------------------------------- Being bookish (buying parts & replacing them) doing work JUST for the sake of doing work, those brilliant/bookish/genius mechanics are useless. Only smart mechanics make the cut (honest, Integrity & work ethics). ------------------------------------------- In my definition, for instance, a mechanic who does $1500 fix could be a right fix for 10K/20K worth of car, but the one who suggests/seeks for 150$ fix for 20+ year old (1K/2K worth) car, of course, if no other choice, that is my definition of Smart Mechanic. ------------------------------------------- Faith-Auto-Repair would make that cut. These guys are great. Well run shop. Honest, Integrity & High-work-ethics. Very rare to find.

The owner!!! I went to this facility based on good reviews on Google. I went in and the owner seemed normal at my arrival. I told him I went to Auto zone and had my car diagnostic done and it read that my battery was low by 50% but that my check engine light later came on and could they do diagnostic check to see what else is going on… he later told me due to the light not coming on they COULD NOT do the service ( makes sense because of the light) . He said but your battery does need to be replaced . I said ok let me call AAA they can replace it since it is under warranty and then you can complete the service . Since he stated he could not complete the service. He was like okay I will charge half now and then we can finish I said but you did not do the service remember … he said no I have to charge you $60 — I was like isn’t that the full price. I was confused why I was being charged for something that was not done. He said yeah but we found you need a new battery— I said Sir I came in telling you that information.He became irate and motioned with his hand in a shooing way for me to take my car and he stated and never come back. I was confused because we were talking regular no one was upset including me who was getting ripped off . I waited outside because he was aggressive towards a woman. As I waited the cops came and not to my surprise he was trying to rip off another gentleman trying to complete his inspection and the customer called the cops on him. The mechanics were super nice about getting me my car and even laughed as I guess they know how the owner is. I am not sure where or who is writing these reviews but I will never come back and I hope this young owner reads this and calms down. Take some customer service trainings and learn to manage your temper. I was going to still give him business after the battery was replaced but he stopped that. I think the other guy situation took him over the edge and I walked into the fire . But stop treating people crazy Sir or just be in the background and hire a front desk personnel.

They overcharge and don’t get the job done right. If you choose to come here, be prepared to spend—and cross your fingers you won’t have to come back. I wouldn’t, no matter what. I don’t trust them with my car. I’d rather take it across the street to Flashtech Garage, where I know they'll get the job done right without breaking the bank!

An efficient, quick, affordable, and professional repair shop! We were in Houston on a business trip when, unexpectedly, our car's bumper broke and fell off. We were feeling quite stressed since we had to be back at work the next day. Initially, we didn't consider getting the car repaired because it usually takes more than a day. So, we searched for nearby car rental and towing services, and even thought about flying back instead. However, we couldn't find any available rental cars on websites. So we decided to look into car repair options, expecting that we might have to stay an extra two or three days. Then, we found this shop recommended by locals with many positive reviews. We decided to give it a try, and to our surprise, they replaced the bumper in just twenty minutes for only $25! This quick and affordable service instantly relieved our anxiety and bad mood. We are incredibly grateful! ---

I haven't picked up my vehicle yet. However, the young man in the office was nice. Kim was also nice. Kim came out and explained what could possibly be wrong and the time frame of the repair. I felt good about the first impression. I added a couple of other repairs. They found my struts were leaking and suggested they be replaced. I definitely was not prepared for all that needed and what I wanted to be repaired/replaced, but happy to be getting it done. I am hopeful in Faith Auto being my go-to repair shop. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My experience at Faith Auto Repair was nothing short of a nightmare. I went in for a routine inspection and was met with the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff I've ever encountered. They were outright rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The inspection, which should have been straightforward, took an absurd amount of time. I waited for hours beyond the promised time, only to be handed a laundry list of supposed problems that seemed completely fabricated. Their explanations were vague and evasive, clearly trying to pressure me into agreeing to costly and unnecessary repairs. When I questioned the charges, they became defensive and even more unpleasant. I was shocked by how much they tried to overcharge me for a simple inspection. It felt like a blatant attempt to scam me out of my hard-earned money. Adding insult to injury, it’s clear that many of the glowing 5-star reviews for this place are fake. There's no way this shop could earn such high praise given the terrible service I experienced. It's obvious they are trying to cover up their awful reputation with fake positive reviews. I left feeling utterly ripped off and incredibly frustrated. Faith Auto Repair is, without a doubt, the worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care is appalling. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a total rip-off and not worth your time or money.

Very quick and efficient work is done here. Expected to be here for longer than an hour and they knocked out the replacements and changes I needed under that. One of the workers Nate was very helpful in providing me the information I needed to know to be able to get my car up and running.

I recently took my car here after it was damaged in an accident, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service! Kevin was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the condition of my car in detail, which I greatly appreciated. Their handling of the entire process was nothing short of professional. I would highly recommend this place, and I know for sure I will be returning here for any future car issues (but I hope no more issues with my car😂)

Should have brought my 1989 Lincoln town car here along time ago they worked on my a/c and it’s perfect , I’ll always bring my car here from now on for maintenance and repairs , I paid for a/c kit ( a/c repair) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ check out their fb page , glad I did , some one donated a car to them, they repaired it and donated😎 I knew this was the place to take my car
