I will be bringing my car here from now on. I have been very impressed with their courtesy and their thorough explanations -- and those explanations include photographs. I've never encountered that before, and it's very helpful to me. They're good people.//Update 10.22.24 I have had another excellent experience with Fairway Automotive. They are thorough and careful in their work, and my car runs and rides better than it has in a long time./Update 2.6.25 Yep! These are the people who are going to help my car make it to the 400,000 mile mark. Goals!

I've been very happy with Fairway Automotive. Been a customer for years and Fairway has performed maintenence/repairs large and small. My KIA Sportage has been on the road for 15 years and the great staff at Fairway help me keep it in great running condition!

Stacey and Chip are AMAZING!!!! Their personalities always make me laugh!!! And Fairway is ALWAYS there for me to diagnose and actually SOLVE all of my vehicles problems! And in a quick and timely manner! Which is really what matters most!!! I will remain a long time customer of theirs! Thanks for ALL you do!!!

I had a disappointing experience with Fairway Automotive that I believe others should be aware of before considering doing business here. 1.Charging $199.95 for a diagnostic test is excessive, especially when they failed to focus on the specific issue I brought the vehicle in for. Instead, they looked at unrelated aspects of the car, which was not helpful at all. 2. If I’m going to pay $199.95, I would expect the shop to address the actual issue I requested. Instead, I received a text asking me to agree to the fee, only to later learn they couldn’t repair the vehicle. Worse yet, the car came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off! 3. Despite being a long-standing brick-and-mortar business, the service I received felt like a simple “Thanks for your money, goodbye.” There was no effort to make things right or provide a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fairway Automotive. Their high fees, lack of attention to customer concerns, and dismissive service make it clear that they don’t value their customers. Look elsewhere for a trustworthy and competent auto shop.

The best experience I’ve had with a repair shop, Took my 15 Honda accord there for shock/struts all around and some other stuff and let me tell you my car is riding like new!!. The waiting room is super clean and they have coffee and donuts plus other snacks. Chip was very nice and informative. I’ll definitely be back in the future.. Good job FAIRWAY AUTOMOTIVE!!! Edit this is the 3 time my car has been to Fairway Automotive I’m still satisfied with the service I receive there.

Top notch! Miss Stacey and Chip are some of the friendliest and knowledgeable front desk associates around. Plus, they give up to date notifications for the progress being done on your vehicle. Very professional! Highly recommend!

Manager said he would contact me after my last update on this review but of course he never did. All I can say is OEM parts!!! Something they should've offered and been honest about. Had I just gone to the dealership to get a factory pedal thousands of my dollars would've been saved. All those times I cried because I had no vehicle and was going broke trying to fix it. It could've been fixed in ONE trip to the dealership. ALMOST A YEAR LATER AND I STILL THINK ABOUT MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE AND GET MAD. BEWARE! I had to delete my review and repost it because when Fairway replied to my 1st review, they attached pictures of my inspection that contained my name, phone #, email, and my home address. So unprofessional and rude! I attached pictures of their reply (that made no sense anyway because they don't have a leg to stand on) to be fair. Also, please read other bad reviews. They ring a similar bell to mine. They take advantage of people and their hard earned money!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB, the AG, and all the mechanics associations I can find. They deserve it. *updated response to owners' reply* You left huge chunks of info out and only replied to a small portion of what happened. Of course, you won't admit fault. At the end of the day I had to bring my car back many times for the EXACT same issue after being told multiple times that not only was the problem fixed but that ALL parts had been replaced and nothing else regarding the throttle body could possibly go wrong only to have to come back for, you guessed it, the throttle body. I don't know where you get off saying you didn't charge me for something when I paid something every single time I came there except once because it was YOUR fault. Yes, I tried using a refurbished PCM to save me some money, considering I'd already spent hundreds of dollars with you, and my car still wasn't fixed. Did it work? No. But neither did coming to you. Yes, there are other issues with my car, but all I needed was the bare minimum done to get back on the road and for someone to level with me. Not every single thing needed to be fixed and diagnosed in order for me to drive. This was proven because my car is driving now for WAY less than you were charging just to diagnose the car. I'm sorry you feel my review isn't fair but, trying being a customer who spent thousands for no reason. I feel Fairway Automotive doesn't treat their customers fairly. *original review * At 1st, I felt this place was honest and friendly. But over time, I felt jerked around and the cost became outrageous. Now I feel ripped off for ALOT of money. I feel physically ill thinking about the fact I believe I paid for a $1200 PCM and maybe a few other parts that cost me hundreds of dollars when all I needed was a throttle sensor connector that was overlooked multiple times. I truly think they didn't know what was wrong, so they were guessing, and I was paying for the parts, labor, and diagnostic fees every single time for the EXACT same issue. I ended up taking my car elsewhere after they quoted me an outrageous amount just to look at my car. After $500 just to DIAGNOSE, they wanted another $500 to keep looking! Say what?! I finally went to another mechanic, and now the main issue that was causing my check engine light is completely fixed for $280 total. They wanted $1000 to tell me what was wrong with my car, nothing fixed. It's a huge lesson learned and tears me up knowing I spent all that $ for nothing.

O my goodness I love the updates on my car sending me information about and what wrong with my car before for they started working on it and as a women not noting anything about cars it was a appreciate I would highly recommend!!

I appreciate the calm, professional, responsive tones of every person i talked to in the shop. They explained every question in full about my vehicle. The environment is cozy, there's coffee and treats avaliable. My car was in and out, I will be back! Thank you so much.

Customer service was outstanding and I was able to make an appointment the same day I started having issues with my car. Because of the nature of my car problem, they were able to look at it right away and was able to give me a solution to fix the issue with my car And gave me a quote, but I felt like there was no pressure from Fairway Automotive to have it done by them.

I needed to get my safety & emissions testing done and they were able to schedule for the next day over the phone. They have a drop box for your keys if you need to drop off your car after business hours. I was able to stop by before they closed to leave my car for my next day appointment, and they surprised me with completing the testing the same day! All employees I interacted with on the phone and in person were also kind and helpful. Will be back if/when I need any other services for my car!

I was in need of emergency brake work so I could travel for a funeral. They went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and back to me. They were professional and compassionate and that's hard to find. I will use them and recommend them to everyone I know.

Scheduling was easy, text and phone communication was excellent (professional & polite), repair was timely, recommendations were good (though i opted to decline new tire rec for slightly cupped tires), old parts were returned when I requested. I was very happy with my first experience at Fairway and will return.

While they were not able to service my car, everyone I connected with was so kind and helpful! They are the only shop I found that actually had a loaner car to provide in the event I had the repair done there.

Charged me $80 for nothing.. I didn’t ask them to do anything but give me an alignment. Car wasn’t able to get an alignment so they charged me $80. Went to Firestone and was given an alignment with no problem and was for a price cheaper than what they quoted me. DONT GO HERE!

I stopped by Fairway Automotive, they are in my neighborhood, because I saw what looked like a nail or screw in my tire. They were more than happy to take a look at it. So I left my car and went back a bit later and I was really glad because I did not have to have my tire fixed as the nail did not penetratate the tire. It was tiny. They did not charge me to check the tire. I offered to pay since they had to put on the rack. They were super nice. 👌
