I used to be a regular here, but the last two times I was very disappointed. It seems the people who do the cars there just don't care anymore. I sent my Jeep back in to the detail bay because they didn't do the tires, there was still alot of dirt on the dash, there was still dirt in the back because the carpet hadn't been done and nothing had been wiped down. I was literally the only person there, and it took the detail guy less than 10 minutes to finish. I told his I wanted to talk to a supervisor, he said it was his fault he'd take it back into the bay and clean it properly, 5 minutes later a different guy comes out to drop it off to me. What's the point of sending it back after that? Obviously, they don't get it or care. These pictures are AFTER the second "detailing" that I paid $50 for. Needless to say, they've lost my business.

This is an update… I’m a little shocked to see so many have read this review… fabulous Fred’s Summerlin resolved the issue and they have been very good ever since. So I am upping my review to four stars. Old review: Fabulous Freddys Summerlyn NO SOAP! I’ve used Freddy’s as a Summerlin resident for many many years and all of a sudden it stopped using soap. That’s right no SOAP and it’s not one time it’s the last two car washes. I’ve never heard of anything like this before in a car wash that does not use soap. Because I have fabulous Freddy coupons I went to use them at the Rampart and Charleston fabulous Freddys they still use soap!

$45 I barely was able to get them to vacuum. It was not a car wash. I don’t even know what it was. It sucked. I will not go there again.

We paid $200 for an auto detail. When I was asked to inspect the work the car was in a dark stall. Looked good! Later, in the sunlight , TERRIBLE! Here are the services we paid for that were woefully incomplete: The inside of all the windows and the rear view mirror were filthy; Only one tire had tire black applied;The outside of the windows were also dirty. We immediately returned and demanded that the work be completed, only to encounter workers reluctant to actually address the issues. We had to direct them several times to correct items they didn't addess while we watched them.Our request to meet with the manager was denied. Leaving our phone number was futile. This experience was an example of over-the-top incompetence and in-your-face arrogance. Be advised!

The best car wash on the west side of town. They have the only brushless car wash that i can find. The kids do a fantastic job on the interior. They always ask if I need anything in particular cleaned. I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

I have been coming to this location for a long time and this is the first time I feel compelled to write a review. Overall I am satisfied with the service but am highly disappointed in the amount of trash and graffiti. Please take better pride in your establishment.

Too be honest, I’m usually very happy with my exterior wash but today, when I gave my rewards card, I was told I don’t have a reward for a full exterior/interior cleaning. Last time I got my car wash I was told I had that reward and I told the cashier that I didn’t want to use it that time. Well today I was told I need 9 more washes to get reward. So the cashier must have redeemed my reward on my last wash and I didn’t end up getting my reward. Then I was not offered a car freshener like I always have been in the past. My wheels were not scrubbed prior to going through the wash and the person drying my car looked like he was doing a tire shine but when I got home my wheels were still dirty and there was not tire shine. I had to essentially rewash my rims and tires and apply my own tire shine. I should not have to rewash when I get home. I’m disappointed that I did get my reward of interior service and not being offered an air freshener. I tipped the dryer which now I feel like I should not have based on the service I received.

She not only helped me get a great deal when I arrived to get my car washed, she helped me get the best special on the car washed coupon book available! She is not only friendly, she understands how to communicate with customers to build loyalty and repeat business! Thank you Katrina!

5 stars for location and convenience. The team members are always super nice and I love coming here for the location and hours. I appreciate that it’s easy and pleasant to come here. I always enjoy the interaction with team members. 2 stars for quality of work. They would greatly benefit from training and quality control, the cars are consistently not cleaned well and require cleanup after picking it up. A little bit of improvement of systems would go a long way. If you want a true detail, I highly recommend a mobile detailer. At their pricepoint it really matters and there a probably better options available.

I recently visited Fabulous Freddy’s car wash and was left disappointed. The service was unprofessional and rushed. My car didn’t even look clean after the wash, with spots and dirt still visible. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I brought it up. Overall, a frustrating experience that didn’t live up to the hype. Would not recommend.

I paid $245 + tip for the detail. They did a halfway decent job if you close one eye. They only take care of what's on top, not the details of anything underneath that you don't see. Wouldn't pay for it again.

I took my car for a basic car wash, but seriously my 10 yr old kid can do a better job, plus they scratched my car, sloppy job, they left a bunch water marks, barely vacuumed, very upsetting situation, they gave me a refund n willing to buff the hood but its NOT the principal of the situation, very poor service, waste of my time and willing to let future customers know not to waste your money and time unless you want to buy disappointment and get scratches on your vehicle.

Inside was okay, but the outside still had a lot of visible dirt. Then when I rolled down the windows, I could see that they didn’t clean the top of the windows at all. I guess paying for a $200 “detail” means different things to different people.

I paid for the $45 inside and out “best” wash and it was pointless. The triple foam wasn’t working and then I get in and it’s like they didn’t even do anything! The car is still dirty and barely even vacuumed and forget about being wiped down. There’s still crumbs and dust and fingerprints and drips. When did they stop cleaning these things??

Its a great full service gas station kind of reminiscent of the ones you find on the east coast. Pleasant that we don't have to get out to pump our gas. The monthly car wash membership is good for its value $10 fora basic wash and $30 for full service is something I can get behind. The staff is always nice and the shop connected with the oil changing service is definitely one I keep returning too. The business is not perfect but it will absolutely meet all your needs.

Worse experience ever, totally was ignored when I drove up, car was not vacuumed properly, I paid for inside and out cleaning, car was still dirty and they forgot to give me an air freshener. Never getting my car washed here again.

The front window young lady very pleasant. Handwash was $50 bucks for only exterior no vacuum or anything else A prior hand wash was being carefully handwashed .looked nice After my wash , I went to vacuum the inside and I noticed several dirty spots that wasn't touched all the bottom of both sides and the top near the antenna. I had to pay and still had to clean my own car!!! Right front windshield was fogy so I had to shine the window. I am not happy with half done wash for $50.00 for a $10 job

Great value and great service! You can basically choose what you want done (wax? power wash mats? interior dressing?) and Freddy’s has a package for you! So glad I found this place!

I have been to car washes all over the world 🌎And fabulous Freddy’s in Summerlin is simply the best! The staff there are so nice and helpful. I have had monthly car wash passes to all the others terribles wow etc. etc. there is no comparison. they have a monthly pass for less than 10 bucks 😮 I don’t think you can get a Tropical Smoothie for that anymore 😂

Disappointed I didn't read the reviews 1st. Paid $30 and the front of my car and the windshield are still dirty. Pointed it out to the young lady and she very nonchalantly she said I'll get what I can. There was still bird crap on the driver door where the clerk had just got in the car. Polite staff but horrible wash. For the price I won't be coming back.

Well, I have definitely seen better. While the kids working the carwash are polite and quick, being quick means nothing if the right markings are not applied on the receipt. I paid for the best exterior, and my truck was still covered in dirt from the recent weather. My wheels and tires were not touched. I just learned when I went back for the 4 day rewash today that the markings were incorrect and had to defend getting the rewash when I paid for the wash that offers the rewash. Again, today, my wheels and tires were not touched. My truck still has dirt on it, even after a second wash in 3 days. I like the idea of having the guys with the brushes before going into the wash cycle, but it's useless when brushes and power sprayers can't get off dirt from wind storms and rain. I would've thought that having the proper markings on the receipt that I would've gotten what I paid for even inside the wash. Unfortunately, again, I did not. I can partially understand why the tiresdidn'tt get touched as the line was backed up and about to cause accidents inside the carwash. Bu I do not understand why i wasn't directed over to the detailing center, so the last bit of my paid for services could be completed. Unfortunately, I paid for incomplete services twice. I took my wife's car after dropping off my truck at home on day 1. The same experience happened on hers as well. On the 4 day rewash, she was right behind me in line. Can't say I am willing to go back and waste money.

Not so fabulous!!! I bought a $23 car wash and my car looked worse after than it did going in. The first time, the only thing I got was soap and water applied by two guys at the entrance - nothing after that. I went back in line and complained that it was the worst wash ever and was told that it didn’t work and asked if I wanted to go through again. (Dumb question) I never received an apology for the mistake and wasting my time by having to get back in line. After the second time through, I still have dirt on the car and my windows were streaky. I will not be coming back!!!

I paid $55 for a car wash and what did that get me? A car that I still have to clean. Lazy job. My matts were power washed and just put back into the car without drying. I have carpets underneath obviously so those are now wet. The amount of streak from the shine product that they used is horrible. They did not wipe it down properly. Still dust all over the console. Needless to say, do not spend your money at this place.

I went and got my SUV washed yesterday. The people were very nice. However, when they pulled my car up, I could not believe how filthy it was still. There was dirt and bugs on my grill still and dirt spots here and they’re all over my entire vehicle. They didn’t wipe everything down. There was water spots and to tell you the truth it was still dirty after they were done. The young kid that deliver in my car to me, started to clean things better for me, but even after that, I had to redo quite a bit of it!! I will never go back to Freddys again. I spent $25 and tipped the sweet gal that I paid for the car wash. I tipped her two dollars then I tip the kid that wiped my car down five dollars and even after it was delivered to me dirty the poor kid I didn’t want to not tip him so I tipped him another five dollars. Just cause I’m a nice person. Not because he did a good job! Totally disappointing will never go back again!

This has always been one of my favorite car wash go to place. I don't live close by but when I'm in the area & in a need of a car wash I like to go here. My car was in dyer need of a good cleaning inside & needed a wash. It was cloudy the day I went (01/31/2024) & I was OK if it rained before I got home. I know that they honer a free car wash if it rains within 4 days after you got your car washed but when I live in Henderson its not feasible to come back. I was more concerned with getting the inside of my car cleaned. The girl @ the little booth when you pull up to pay & order your car wash was super friendly. Very nice, I liked her attitude. Taylor is the name on my receipt. I had a $3.00 off coupon for checking in on Yelp & apparently it was my 10th car wash so I earned "up to a free VIP car wash" but I ended up going with the one above the $30 VIP because Taylor told me its a better job on getting the inside cleaned as I voiced to her that was my main goal that day. I still got a nice discount for it. It wasn't busy this day so I took my car thru the car wash & entered into Bay #2 were I was directed to go by the guys who towel dried my car off after coming out of the car wash. Once I got into the bay I was greeted by a young blond guy with a big head of hair on top of his head. He asked me if I had any special requests & I told him "please make sure my sunroof gets cleaned as its gotten missed in the past, blow out all the crumbs in between the seats." I had taken out my cup coasters & asked for them to be cleaned. I told him that the inside was really dirty & pointed out some spots & told him I was focusing more on getting the inside of the car cleaned & to please, not "disappoint me." He told me "no, problem" & he could take care of my needs. There was a girl who was there too, her name was Nicari (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who I had small chat with. I told the crew I'd be inside the gas station while waiting. I went inside to gamble while I waited. The staff inside was nice & they still let you have a "snack & free drink" while gambling. I got one of my favorite sugar cookie & a fountain soda water. I didn't win & the blond guy came inside to tell me my car was done I told him I'd be a minute but he gave me my car key. I said "hey, I need to check the work & tip you" he said "that's ok, you know where to find me." I went outside & to my disappointment my car had water spots on it & the inside had all these crumbs around the floor by the seats & floor matts, as if they weren't removed. I was DISAPPOINTED & Nacari happened to be walking by & I told her. She told me she would take it back & get it taken care of. Well come to find out she was on her lunch break & took my car back & cleaned up the drivers side & another male took care of the passenger side. Well guess which side was better?? Her side....the guy who brought my car back had to clean up the crumbs that were left behind on the passenger side. I was in such disbelief & disappointed in the job that was done on that one side after sending my car back. I hate to say this but FF has gone down hill. It wasn't even busy the day I was there. There was NO excuse for the 1/2 "bleep" job that was done, the 1st time & the 2nd time. This makes me want to look for a place closer to home to clean my car. I know I got a discount but that shouldn't matter. You need to hire kids who like where they work & are proud of doing a good job. Kudos to Nicari for taking care of the "boys" laziness but I don't think I will venture back here next time I'm in Summerlin.
