Si pudiera darle cero sería lo más alto por que de verdad que mal servicio me vendieron una llanta con un clavo les dije que me parcharan y le pusieron fue un ploger de emergencia la llanta que me quitaron me obligaron a llevármela no me balncearon la refacción que puse apenas estaba viendo lo que estaban haciendo me mandaron a que tenía que salir del establecimiento que tenía que esperar afuera pero ya uno sabe que lo que Ivan hacer era cosas de mala calidad espero que esto no les pase a más nadie hay les dejo la imagen de que tuve que llevarme la llanta que me quitaron estén pendientes de las refacciones por qué les ponen clavos qué lástima que no grave por qué le dije a la encargada pero no hizo nada al respecto

I called this place before taking my truck, and they quoted me a price of $89 over the phone. Once I arrived, and they lifted the truck, they gave me a different price. I went ahead with it since the vehicle was already on the machine. The alignment they did was bad; they didn’t do a good job, and they overcharged me. I ended up paying $140 and wasn’t even allowed to test drive the vehicle. He said, ‘If you don’t pay, you’re not getting your vehicle.’ Really bad customer service. Sadly, I hadn’t read the reviews beforehand. I had just searched ‘alignment near me.’ Save your money and avoid the trouble of bringing your car to this place.

Went in to get an alignment, got some work done on my front end down the street at Houston Truck Accessories, on my front end, they told me everything was good and ready for alignment. These guys could’ve lied and done my alignment, but they checked my front end and found I still had some bad parts. They let me know an alignment would be a waste of money till I got it fixed. Glad they were honest.

I needed a wheel alignment late Saturday evening. It didn't take very long. They didn't try to sell me stuff. All business. They have a small pool table. I played pool with another customer. Great environment. I thought I would have to wait until Monday. I was blessed to find them. Now I have a smooth ride. Total was $100.56 for my Toyota Camry.

Dishonest! Low integrity. I called today to check the price of an alignment and was told it was $69 by the owner. Sent my fiance to have the work done and he charged him $100. I called to see what happened and was told that "when a lady calls, but a man shows up it's a different story". Wow, never have I experienced such a flagrant act of dishonesty. It's sad, the entire reason for calling first was we were going based on the price. There are so many other places we could have gone to get an alignment, but chose them based on information given to me 30 minutes prior to showing up for the service. In this day and time, money is not something that people are willing to throw away or spend more than what was quoted based on whether a man or a woman showing up for the service. I am a small business owner myself and would never treat my customers this way.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TTHIS SHOP AT ALL !! LEFT A $60,000 Car to get a cracked wheel fixed. He promised to weld , sand and prep the wheel as new. When i picked up the car it was welded with JB WELD , the alignment was messed up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP.

Be aware of this shop ! They are very unethical and will steal your money. Not only overcharging you for their tires but can put your life at risk! ladies please don’t come here alone to do this business. They will take advantage of you and scam you. I came here to buy a new tire to replace and old damaged one that has a hole. The manager or owner not only informed me that he would sell me a new tire which he charged over $300 but he also told me I needed to replay the sensor as well because it was also “damaged” after his inspection. He claimed that since I’m a single girl, I should get the sensor so it can let me know when my tire is flat. I should have been skeptical but I trusted him as a professional. I even tipped his worker who did the install smh. Less than one year later, my “new” sensor didn’t work because another driver on a busy highway had to signal me that I was driving on a blown out tire. By the grace of God I was able to stop somewhere safe which ended up being close to a tire shop. To my surprise, the tire that was damaged is the “new” tire that was sold to me by this place. The new mechanic told me that whoever sold it to me sold me a USED tire !! The tire lasted less than my older 3. The new mechanic sold me one that was a fraction of what this place charged. Which proved that this only charged me so much because I was a single girl looking to them for help and trusting that they will be ethical. They are the type of business and mechanics that makes it hard to trust or respect these people and their industry. It’s a shame. I added picture to warn you guys and to see that I’m not exaggerating. There’s absolutely no reason a new tire should do this ! Lawsuit should be filed against them.

Although the tires I needed initially weren’t in stock, these guys were able to order them and have them at the shop by 5:30 PM THE SAME DAY. Had my tire get popped by a nail during rush hour on 249 in their neighborhood. I called and asked for their help in swapping out the wheel with the spare as i didnt have the tools. They stayed PAST closing time AND saved the tire at 0 PSI. Hell he even changed the hours on google to accommodate. Above and beyond customer service even on a Friday night. Id give them 10 stars if i could. Thanks a ton guys

I brought my tire Friday and the worker was throwing my tire around the tire shop. Saturday I needed air and Sunday no air in my tire. I call Monday he tell me it’s nothing they can do about it.

They did me a bad job on my dodge ram i took it for a liment job and it just have a 1 week approx and my tires got wasted the front ones just from one side and the back ones are wated to,and one bolts where lose,i dont recoment going yall can lose yall lives if yall go and they do the same thing to yall
