We had a great experience with F. Rivas Tire and specifically Carlos who fixed an urgent issue with my daughter's car. She had to be in D.C. within a few hours and instead of turning her away, since everyone was booked and busy, he knew it would be a quick fix and took the time to make sure her vehicle was drivable. Thank you for the excellent customer service and vehicle repair! We highly recommend F. Rivas Tire and Auto Service.
