They were very helpful. I called them on a Sunday at 5:30 for roadside assistance. I had a flat tire on a boat trailer. When I told them were I was the employee ( whose name I can't remember ) suggested I go the near by Walmart and buy a tire, which was going to be much cheaper than him coming out. I slowly drove my boat over to the walmart and as it turned out it was a valve stem broke. I was able to buy a new stem and get it installed. So due the the guys VERY HELPFUL suggestion I spent about $10 instead the $300 he would have had to charge due to his distance from my location which was over an hour drive each way. So I just wanted to thank them for doing the right thing.

I called Chris from F & G Tire in the middle of the night on a Sunday! He answered right away, was professional and also made a really stressful situation so much easier. He wasn’t able to assist in what I needed BUT he gave me contact information for someone who could and made sure I was able to get the help I needed. If I’m ever in a bind...he would be the first one I call!

Quoted 700$ by Chris And told 1:45 minutes would be here, I called repeatedly 2 hours later then finally texted me new rates 100$ call out, 126 hour min 3 hours, 425$ for tire plus mileage,. It was at 10pm and he thought I would just bend over and take it, well Chris I didn’t I shoulda made ur driver come to me then cancel but that would be pretty much what u tried to do to me

They did a very professional job, me and my girlfriend broke down in the middle of the street and they came right away checked everything for us and got it done within 30 minutes and we were on our way. Will definitely be calling them if anything happens again very great business!

Today our coach bus broke down at buccees in madisonville. And we could not get the bus in gear we called F&G and He was booked and could not get to us for 5 hours so he took the time to troubleshoot the problem. And was able to get us back on the road in 20mins that’s 5star service all day long and this is who we are gonna use from no on !!!!

Flat tire on a Sunday...so thankful for his service. He answered my call, very professional, came right away and patched my flat. He even added air to the rest of my tires. I’ll be calling them for any further roadside issues

Thank you Chris and the 2 roadside mechanics that assisted us. Our work truck simply shut off on the highway. Prices were disclosed up front. No surprises. Once the mechanics arrived they were able to diagnose the problem right away. The fuel leveling valve was discovered to be the issue. They put enough diesel in the truck to get us to the next gas station and followed us. We filled up the secondary tank and on our way we were. Made it home safe and in a timely manner. Will get the valve replaced with my local mechanic. I personally appreciated the follow up text message asking if we had made it safe. Again. Thank you Chris and your staff.

A big thank you to F & G tire for a job well done. We had a semi broke down last night and Chris and his team handled the problem very professional. He identified the issue over the phone, organized the parts and made sure they had everything to complete the job before they came out and fixed our truck. Showed up on time and fixed my flat I had with no problems with the service as it was quick. The man that changed my tire was nice and even looked at my flare tire while working on putting on the spare. Nice people know what their doing would use again.

Well, they answered the phone right away. I'm not sure how "I'm at the scale on I45, and I need air in a tire. How much for a service call?" is being "vague", but he (whoever) told me to call Love's. I did, and they didn't seem to have a problem understanding what I needed.

Thank you to f&g. We were stranded yesterday when a wheel fell off our 5th wheel. The 2 men they sent were professional, nice and competent. They not only repaired the broken wheel but made sure to check all the others (and found another problem) to make sure we were safe. While not cheap, given the two spent over 6 hours on the repairs then add cost of parts we found their price very reasonable.
