My girlfriend and I went to EZ Auto and Tires to get her brakes and tires fixed. While waiting in the lobby the owner began asking us questions about our relationship as small talk. As the conversation progressed he began asking questions pertaining to our sex lives and his own involvement with gay women to which we declined to respond but he kept going. When he wasn’t speaking to us he was staring at us very obviously. We stepped out to use the bathroom (the onsite bathroom was unclean and had no toilet paper or seat covers) and I stayed behind while my girlfriend went back to get the car. While alone getting the car the owner questioned my girlfriend about my whereabouts multiple times and attempted to hug her then got offended when the hug was declined. As far as the services completed and the pricing we are satisfied despite not getting a receipt upon request but the customer service and sexual harassment was unacceptable. We will not be returning seeing as we felt unsafe in the situation and had no way of leaving while the car was being serviced. Edit: as of 2/2/2025 we are no longer pleased with the services provided. The repairs did not even last a week. The brake pads that were replaced were not put on correctly and now there is a horrible grinding sound when braking

They provided me excellent service. very professional and friendly environment . I changed my tires and did some mechanical work on my car which I’ve had a problem trying to get fixed for a while. They also do oil change its fast and no appointment needed, I used to get my oil done at pepboys which I’ve been having problems with them taking too long and not honoring appointments. Ez auto provided quick and reliable service. I encourage everyone to try it out.

4 years I discovered EZ. Needed someone to install brake pads. They performed beyond expectations. Since they, I've bought my tires from them and 100% of my mechanic work saving me thousands over dealer or other mechanics. I highly recommend them!!!

Great service, honest team here. Jiffy wanted to charge $130+ for a full syn oil change. It's about half price here. Great tires too. I bought my first pair about a year ago, still good. Getting my second pair now.

Thank you very much for your advice and recommendations, my car no longer has the problem it had, thanks to Carlos S. from👉 EZ AUTOS TIRES and WHEELS🙌,who was very honest in telling me what my car had and was able to fix it.. thank you so much! and as a ⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️ warning for those who trust other people because they have "experience" in what they do. "be very careful and do not trust yourself too much, from time to time question the diagnoses. Personally I feel that it was taken an advantage and it was treated even more in the sense of what my car had, because I was a woman? I don't know... because I don't know about this type of things??? I don't know, what I do know is that there are people who are very advantageous and without prejudices who make use of what they believe are easy prey... I dare to put the name of the workshop of which personally the manager could say is the one who makes the quotes and "evaluations" for you? "and who was very arrogant for not agreeing with what he wanted to do in my car. (remove and put in another 56,000 mile transmission for $3,100 dollars. Because the parts of my car, according to him, were very difficult to get and they didn't have them anywhere anymore... (2010 toyota corolla).I told him that if I got the parts, I could bring my car and you would fix it?... almost shouting he told me... Madam!! What parts are you going to bring me! . .. I told him, well, the ones you say are very difficult to find, right? .. he told me... we don't know who has you car! . He told me, look,.. think about it and collect the money and call me. He gave the order the mechanic to put the same "dirty and burnt" oil back into my transmission. same filthy oil because I was going to take it "☹️ I told him to please change the transmission oil so I could give a little more life to the transmission while I raised the money, and he didn't want them to do it, But I told them that I needed that service done and I didn't want them to put the oil back in. This is the worst place I have ever visited: I went for a radiator replacement, and the guy from India told me that he would charge me 648 to replace it, I told him it was expensive and the lowest he lowered the price was 500, which by the way is still expensive the price, but well I told him it's ok, and he ordered the radiator for 220 to put it next day, but I found a cheaper place and I told him that I would do the work somewhere else, but he got angry and yelled at me and said he wasn't even going to give me the radiator that ordered, or not return my money, because he was going to charge me150 just for the diagnosis and he only return 70 of my money he stole me 150 for my credit card.

Got my oil changed here and it was a disaster 1. They didn't replace the mileage sticker 2. They charged $8.50 to my debit card then conveniently after this there was an attempt at fraudulent charges on my debit card so the bank canceled it and I'm waiting for a new one (This was the only place I used my card in days) 3. They didn't reset the "Service now" alert on my car I will be checking my oil to make sure they actually changed it! Never coming here again.
