Great place for a quick puncture fix which others might turn down. They also mount used tires and are pretty quick with their service.

If i could have the score be a 0 out of 5 i would. Went here to get my Tesla alignment and it required TWO trips. First went fine and the second time they had my car for THREE HOURS leaving me out in the cold with no response on when i would get my car back. After that, they said i had another issue and wanted me to come back and charged me $120 for the alignment. Once i got into my car, I noticed my steering wheel became very loose and when i went back the next day, they said i needed a new part in my rear suspension and it would be $500 and that's before the labor. So after hearing that i took my car to tesla to double check and sure enough, THEIR WAS NOTHING WRONG. THEY WE'RE JUST TRYING TO SCAM ME. Then for the cherry on top, they would not even give me a refund for the "alignment" job they did. I took my car to wheel works and they said my alignment was all out of wack and they didn't even do the steering wheel alignment. So overall just plain and simple, DO NOT COME HERE, THEIR A SCAM!!!

Ray and David saved me and where so kind when I had a tire issue. I didn’t know what to do and they were so knowledgeable and helpful! There are really great people who work here and it can be so difficult to find awesome service. Shout to David and Ray!

This place is a rip off! I went in to see if I could find a new set of wheels and tires, right off the bat the sales kid was nice enough to make me comfortable, but once I found what I like he didn't even go to his computer to see prices, he tried to charge me 1500 for JUST wheels, wheels that only cost 800 max. With tires would of been 2500. This kind of scam is unacceptable. These are not luxury wheels and they show no prices so that's a red flag. And they look at what you drive to see if they can scam you.

En el día no hay control de nada . Es decir , si te demoras 2 o 30 minutos no pasa nada en zona de secado y si pides limpiador de vidros se enojan argumentando que tome el del otro mudulo y ya . Que falta de supervisión y el mánager encargado es mal educado con los clientes. Solo el tiene razón.

I had my car towed here with a flat tire to get serviced. Shop opened at 9AM. I called at 9:30 to see if they can service my car. The lady didn’t speak English, so she asked me to text and she would get back to me. I texted and didn’t get a response. So I have my friend call to speak to the lady. The lady told her the mechanics weren’t in so she didn’t know if they can service my car and she would call her back. Me and my friend call back 40 minutes later and we don’t get an answer. I need my car taken care of so I can get to work. So I decide to have it towed to another shop. At 10:50AM I receive a call from a man, saying I left my car at his shop. I let him know I called multiple times and no one got back to me, so a tow truck is coming to get it, because I need it urgently serviced. The man rudely asks, well when are you getting your car, I can’t have it sitting here all day… Ugh what an experience. Why aren’t your hours correct… And why are you RUDE on top of it! NEVER AGAIN!!! I hope this place learns how to run a business properly.

The Girl that was helping very nice service was fast not sure why people a so petty, this girl at the front counter need a heater asap working "INSIDE" AND COLD AS HECK. Other than that service was very good no COMPLAINS.

They are super quick. Goodyear and pep boys said they couldn't help me with where the bolt was in my tire and said I had to replace the tire. I was recommended this place and I was in and out within 15 minutes for a plug & air for $20.I came at 9 AM and was able to make it to my shift at 9:30 AM in Cupertino. Everyone was really nice and had small talk. Im originally from Chicago and the manager said he lived there for some years it's nice to meet people from my own city so far out. I definitely recommend this place for tire repair on short notice.

A tire I got from them took a screw. Very well behaved when flat, I drove it 3 miles, got me home. Changed tire with a spare. Took tire to shop, guy told me he couldn't fix it and did it anyway. Swapped tires, charge: $20. In & out in no time.

Couple months ago i bought some wheels at here 1st they broke one of my sensor had go go back couple times to get it fix but nothing so I bought i new sensor from the dealer but then one of my other sensor wasn’t working rite couple days so i took my truck to other tire shop and look at the job they did they broke one more and they put it back with metals to hold it So now i spend $320 to get it fix thats crazy I won’t recommend this shop they need people that really know what they are doing with tires

They charge me twice on the same service I was asking to change the tire and they charged me $20 and was some hole inside the tires so they charged me extra $20 I asked him how much it will be just fix the tire and it told me $20 how come it would be $40

*****WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE***** Wow where should I start.. First before you go, You must speak Spanish. I had to bring my wife in who speaks Spanish fluently to help communicate. My wife asked all the questions needed for me to make a decision on the tires and wheels I wanted to purchase. She asked the sales lady exactly how much three times who stated the same price. We advised the sales lady that we would be back on Saturday to get them installed. She agreed. The next day I texted the types of tires that would be installed and to confirm the price. The lady came back with a price of 3 times as much as what was quoted. She even stated that she never gave the price stated and that my wife must have misunderstood. WE believe I'm a victim of racial profiling hence the reason why the price gone up so much. We have asked them several times to text or call back to discuss and still haven't received any communication.. Bottom line - We have decided to seek service elsewhere. However, we feel its our duty to warn others about this establishment so they don't fall victims as we did.

I would give this place a zero star rating if that was possible. I got a warranty for my tires and they were charging me $100. And they helped out another person before me even though I was there first, so I was waiting for a long time.
