Super quality service here, great professionals. Two extremely kind and owners with empathy. This is the 3rd time I've used their service and it's 10/10. I had my window broken at 10am and at 11am they found me the piece to fix it in the afternoon. Price announced on the phone before ordering. Less expensive by $200 than the 5 other professionals I called. Thanks :)

Amazing experience! Got broken car’s windshield and whoever broke it they stole my bicycle. I was stressed on having the rear windshield broken plus the bicycle stolen but took action and wanted to h have the windshield fixed asap. Searched on google and yelp and this auto glass repair showed up! The windshield was fixed in 3 hours! And is the original windshield not those cheap ones that other shops put on. Definitely worth 5+ stars! Thanks again!

Amazing experience - Morena and her team got me in the same day and replaced my windshield with care and precision. My car has cameras in the windshield and heaters/defrosters built into the windshield, and they still had the right part in stock, and they didn't mess up the camera calibrations. Highly recommend.

Express Service Auto Glass made an unexpected difficult situation so much easier! I found out my window was broken at noon and was having a new one installed a few hours later. Service was quick and easy! And pricing was good. Can’t recommend this business more.

Great service and price the folks are super cool and the work done in my car was exceptional and professionally done and aside from the replacement of my windows and tint, I had a small problem with my rear view mirror, and when I picked up my car to my surprise, it was fixed , that's good looking out for the customer, Great Place if anyone needs there car glass replaced or need some window tinting, your missing out if you go else where!!

I went here a couple weeks ago and I’ve been meaning to write this review because I was left so impressed by the level of professionalism here. I had arrived at a party on a Saturday afternoon, and my window would not roll up. We all know in San Francisco it would be a problem to leave a car with a window open in the street. ( I don’t have indoor parking) I desperately called like 15 places and they were all about to close for the weekend. These guys gave me a ring back. Morena gave me information about the possible issues, a very kind and helpful gal. They took me in at the very last minute to look at it and found the problem and fixed my window (which another shop had messed up). They were so efficient I was even able to make it back to the gathering. I will be coming to them for all my future window needs. Thank you Morena and the gentleman who did the repair!

Someone smashed my rear windshield this morning. I was having a hard time finding a place that would replace it same day but Express Service Auto Glass was able to fit me in last minute and the price was very reasonable. They did a great job and also cleaned up the glass for me! I will definitely be using them in the future if this happens again and would highly recommend their services to others

Affordable, Local, and Reliable! Let me start with an introduction of myself. I am a 20-something-year-old male, I drive a 1995 Toyota Camry, and I am a Bay Area native. This car has served my family and I since that time, and I am a stickler when it comes to maintaining it so it continues to last. On a Monday night I had two windows destroyed in a smash and grab in April 2022: my front driver side window, and the rear- triangle portion on the passenger side. I spent that night and morning afterwords cleaning up glass and then trying to find a glass replacement place, because like us all I still had work. For these two windows I was looking at a ballpark area of around $350+installment fees to well over $500 maybe even $600 for the mobile fix. Morena not only reached out really quickly but provided a telephone so I could instantly give her a call. I was able to quickly let her know that I was willing to get this done quick so I could come in. Just like that, I had my appointment set at 12:30 that day. I was confused about finding their location, but after locating the gate I was let in by Morena's friendly staff. Morena herself was knowledgeable and incredibly kind allowing me to take a quick meeting in her quaint waiting area, as well as ask her questions while she worked. The replacement itself came below market price, but the service I received included a thorough vacuuming of my whole car, the replacement of both windows, and Morena and Jose even buffed the scratches out of my car for free! Words cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for their handy work and for going the extramile. I was literally back on the road with a vehicle that was in better condition than I remembered by 2 o'clock (90-minute turnover). If you're a student, an SF local, or need a reliable replacement done quickly and affordably; Express Auto Service is one of the easiest recommendations I can make. I am immensely grateful to Morena and Jose for all their hard work! Thank you!

Had a sunroof drainage issue in my 2008 Lexus RX causing passenger carpet flooring to flood in the front and back seat area. For those of you with this car, accessing the drain and repairing it can be really tough bc of the drain location. Express Auto Glass was able to creatively redirect the drain so that it would no longer cause flooding....and they did so at a very, very reasonable price! I couldn't happier with the service. Highly Recommended. This review was also left on yelp. Not a bot.

I choose Express Service Auto Glass because they take appointments, so when I showed up there was no waiting. They did a great job making the inside of my car glass free and installed the new window in less than 45 minutes. Price was right too and the guy gave me advice on why my car was making a loud noise. the work that was done was five stars.. it was done with a skill that only experience could offer and up until the end of our transaction interaction I'd say I was very impressed but at the end I was witness to how quickly their behavior changed and a short fused one of these people were. the situation being what it was I understand her being frustrated but how quickly things escalated we're extremely unexpected. not sure if I would refer them to anybody but they did good work as far as the work is concerned

Not worth your time - called to get a quote for a windshield and side window on my Trooper, said they would call me back with one (they didnt), called again, they apologized, and said they would follow up with a quote (they didnt). UPDATE - I ended up calling them and telling them to forget about the side window regulator (which is what the quote was held up on, on the supplier side), and just doing it myself. Good work on the windshield and a good price.

They were able to meet up with me to repair my windshield. The service was good, the price was a little high. The quality was good. They did give me the wrong windshield at first, they pointed it out and apologized and was able to fix it the following weekend. Overall good service.

Amazing place for a great price! Same day service. We called them at 2:00 and they arrived at 6:00 to come fix our broken window. Impeccable timing only took an hour for the worker to finish. They vacuum up all the broken glass for you too which is great. They take cash or card also which is great, American Express visa discover all those Incase anyone was wondering. Highly recommend!

Excellent response when I had my car window broken and couldn't go anywhere due to a combination of work, covid, and the weekend. Professional over the phone. They sent a guy out to my address, and he vacuumed the glass shards out of the interior and replaced the window while I worked inside the apartment. Total came to about $200.
