I recently visited Express Oil Change to have my blinker light replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Billy and Belle were incredibly sweet and attentive. Not only did they replace my blinker light, but they also discovered another light that was out and took care of that for me as well. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made the entire experience wonderful. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend Express Oil Change for their excellent service and friendly staff!

Can not recommend highly enough. One of their guys made a 6 hour round trip 2 states over to pick up 2 tires so they would match the other tires on my car. Have definitely won my business from here on out.

Cody, Mason, and Bill truly helped me out today and quickly!! I had an unexpected tire leak, and they assisted me immediately! I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Initially I went for tires because I needed to replace two of them no problem. I had to come back to get it done because of my schedule. Might I add that when I took my car in everything was fine except my check engine light was on which I was working on that. So Friday Dec 6, 2024 at around noon I bring in my car and they bring it to the back to replace tires. The guy comes in and tells me there's a problem with my tire sensor and it's broke. Well how is it broke because when I brought the car in it surely wasn't. He broke the sensor then tried to say I had to pay for it not going to happen. I've asked three different people am I losing my mind and they all said the same thing. Tire engineers people broke it and they are going to fix it. They also put my two new tires on the back instead of the front of the car. So that tells me he didn't know what the hell he was doing. Maybe you all should hire better mechanics that know what they are doing.

Second time here, I will always come back because of their honesty. Sometimes, as a single female with little automotive knowledge, walking into an automotive store can be intimidating. I was willing to pay for more services than I needed, but they showed me why I only needed what I ended up getting done. Jay was excellent. They also reported their work to carfax immediately which will help me with my cars resale value!

TLDR; Got an Oil Change here after having an awful experience with Take 5 that almost caused major damage to my car. The people here were incredibly kind and obviously knowledgeable. Highly recommend going here if you need an oil change! --- Went to get an Oil Change. Told them about my last experience with Take 5 and they said they were nothing like them, which so far has been very true! Take 5 was absolutely awful. They took a very long time and almost caused major damage to my transmission because they took the fluid cap off and didn't put it back on. They obviously didn't know what they were doing because my car's transmission is not supposed to be touched unless needing service and ONLY by mechanics trained to work on my type of transmission. I was incredibly upset with Take 5 for doing this - they definitely broke the cap and decided not to tell me. Worst of all they refused to make the situation right. I was very hesitant to get my oil changed again due to my last experience, especially since I have had my transmission rebuilt TWICE since having my car. I took my car here and asked the mechanic not to touch my transmission. He was very kind and said that they would never do that, which was reassurancing and showed that they obviously knew more about cars than Take 5. Everyone here was super helpful and very personable! They also noticed my battery needed to be tightened and did so before I left. It was an overall great experience! They have earned my business in the future. I feel confident that they would do what they can to help their customers. I highly recommend going here for an oil change!

Brought my truck to this location to get an alignment and tire balance after having my truck lifted. After bringing it back for a second time, within a months time, because it was still pulling to the right management advised it was not under warranty and I would have to pay for the service again before they looked at it……. Also the balance was obviously not done correctly because it is still vibrating. Unfortunately it appears this company does not care much about customer service!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! The manager, Billy and his crew were not only both professional and very efficient. They were also incredibly kind. Billy knew that I was in a bad way financially and went above and beyond to help me out!! I was literally fighting back tears because I was just that blown away by this man!! In this day and age, at most businesses, you feel like you’re just another faceless customer. Really making a customer feel welcome, appreciated, and truly seen is something that is unbelievably rare. It’s something you just don’t see anymore like it was in the days of the “mom and pop” shops. In addition to their’ incredible kindness, they truly did live up to the name and managed to do my oil change and my alignment in like 15 minutes flat, if even that long. When I drove away, there was a noticeable difference. A significant improvement in how it drove. I cannot recommend this place enough. I tried them on random chance simply because I was in the area and they happened to be open and I’ve never been so happy to take a chance on a business!! I would MORE than recommend this place guys!!
