Friendly staff and good service. All the employees were transparent with the services provided and not pushy at all. My car is a bit complicated and they took their time to set it all back in place correctly. All a smooth process.

Always fast and professional, thoroughly inspects my vehicles and makes me aware of any other issues. They don't just check boxes and not inspect everything like most other places. They also dont recommend things that aren't needed.Highly recommend!

I Brought my fleet 2022 Chevy Equinox for its required full maintenance service. It was my first time using this location for service. Very convenient location, less than 5 minutes from my home. Alex my technician was very thorough. Highly recommend this location. I drive close to 8000 miles a month. I previously used Jiffy Lube, I will now be using this location going forward. Very satisfied.

This place is great! Logan and Kari were very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t have my cabin filter on stock but they ordered it for quick delivery and it arrived in 15 minutes. They took about 10 minutes for oil change. Great service!

Use to like this place but after this time no more! The guy who changed my oil did no service check and marked they did, never showed me they changed the oil and the new oil! Did not check my tires. He didn’t even give me a new sticker for my window! I guess he did a half a job because I was a female.just not a dumb one 😉 charged 113$ so I called and let management know, and they gave me my money back. Just sux to have people working in places like this.

5 Stars to the quality of service I had the privilege of being served here. I needed an oil change and only could go to a place as soon as 5pm due to work and i couldn't wait til the next day cause i was driving out of town which is why i was eager to change my oil before then. Anyway thats my problem, I originally went to Midas and got turned away. They closed at 6 pm but weren't taking any more appointments for the day. However, there was no active work going on. The bays were still not all full, and I saw 1 worker, but he was sitting on his phone, no judgement, tho cause i dont even know his role there. I hurried over to THIS place, and to my surprise, they took me in. there was 1 other person who was there before me getting serviced on but still didn't take that long until they started on my vehicle. I made small talk with the gentleman who started my service and asked if they take appointments up until their closing time, and he said yes, ma'am. and that type of service makes a difference between service and quality service. and again, this is not to dis Midas because i dont know their policy and if i worked there I'd probably would have done the same, 'sorry no more appts at this time' Im trying to go home, but thats just me and that's ok. But, THESE guys will definitely be available up until the last min... but also, dont be THAT person that goes at the last minute. . . like me 😐 I would also be remiss not to mention that they are not pushy or agressive sales people but do provide their recommendations to what could be needed. For that reason alone, I might consider going back for other services. For the workers that were there that evening, 5 stars to you guys for genuine, kind, and attentive customer service.
