Have always liked coming to this shop since we moved here as they have always done a good job and provided great service. That said, my husband took our vehicle in because it was shaking. After inspection, they recommended the repair we needed and then "recommended" new tires. My husband asked for the repair to be done and didn't say anything about tires. When I went to pick up the vehicle because my husband was at work. They charged me for 3 new tires on top of the other repair. This was not authorized, and when my husband called the manager, he claimed he was going off what the tech told him my husband agreed to. My husband took the vehicle back and got our tires back (because we will get 4 tires put on for the price of what he charged us for 3) and demanded a refund. The manager did not want to deal with my husband after the phone call, which was uncalled for and unprofessional since it was HIS mistake. Needless to say, we will never go back or recommend their shop.

I absolutely love Express Oil Change! They are fair and honest, even if it's not to their financial advantage. I trust them completely with my car maintenance. I highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.

Express Oil Change has had my loyalty for the 5 years I’ve been in Texas. They have always worked to give me honest good prices with quality work. I can highly recommend Rob who works at the Culebra location. I swear he gives me the advice and care as if he were helping family. I can rest at ease that I will be given options, non biased advice and quality work at this location. Again ask for Rob, he’s the main person I’ve worked with but I’ve also worked with others there and they have never let me down.

Heather is absolutely amazing, she is so sweet and caring. Always offers water right when you pull in, if your windows are dirty she makes sure you drive out of here with a clean windshield. I have been coming here for years!! They are all amazing staff and I will continue to keep coming back each time I need anything for my vehicle. Thank yall for everything!

Heather provided excellent service on my vehicle and even identified an unforeseen issue that I was completely unaware of with my battery. Along with the great quality service the prices here are the most affordable compared to the surrounding shops. All the complimentary services included with the fast oil change that I was able to get while waiting in the comfort of my vehicle were much appreciated. Definitely will maintain this place as my go to vehicle service provider.

I have had my oil changed at Express Oil many times since moving to San Antonio and always have a stellar experience—all the technicians are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I am always provided the highest degree of service. Today I anticipated a routine oil change, but my tech Heather let me know that my battery was at the end of life. She explained the test results, and found a local auto parts shop with a battery in stock. I’m so grateful that Heather was proactive in letting me know about this issue which would have been super stressful and frustrating had I not known to take care of it in time! I’m so grateful to Heather!

All I can say is the best service I have experienced in my over 50 years of driving. Robert at the Westward Loop location went above and beyond to repair and replace the engine in my 2015 Kia Optima. He was honest and did his best to get me the best deal on quality replacement parts. He was efficient and timely with updates and had the work completed in good time. None can compare to the great costumer service I received from Robert and his staff. They have customers for life from me and my extended family, thanks so very much!

I went at end of the day Saturday for oil change and inspection, waiting about 30min but I was prepared for a wait. Manager Steven, greeted me as I arrived and was very pleasant. Then when it was my turn, he was my attendant. He was very pleasant, attentive, great energy. I always get great customer service here and a long time customer. Returning customer, Heather did great getting me in/out w/my inspection. She was friendly & efficient. Updated 12/24
