My wife went there they said she needed the synthetic for a 2008 Honda. She called me, I said it doesn't need it. The mgr said after a few minutes. Uh uh yeah we can give you non synthetic. They forgot to put the coupon for 25. She went back and waited 1 hour for them to reimburse. Never again.

This place was amazing. I interacted with five different staff members and they were all very kind. They could not get my tire when I needed but they did locate it in just couldn’t wait. They charged me on $22 to take the flat off my car and install my temporary spare. I considered this fair especially because it was very cold at 27 degrees and I didn’t have to do it. When I have car needs again I will bd going there.

I drove 20 miles to get my car checked out by John at Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers because they had such great reviews. They were all correct! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the professionalism! I’ll definitely recommend!
