Hi everyone, yes I visited this particular location to receive an oil change. It was pleasant upon arrival, however, Mr Dee serviced me. Now, I rated this location five stars due to the other staff remaining completely professional rather than letting Mr Dee unwarranted, inexcusable service ethics (during my visit) affect the entire business (my rating that is). My First encounter with Mr Dee at this location was as if I was incoming during a time of distress for Mr Dee. This gentleman's attitude was skyrocketed via his tone & interactions with a customer (myself). Although Mr Dee made the entire visit so unwelcoming, as if somehow having a personal conflict with me, I continued my visit and also tipped him (generously). I wanted to set an example for Mr Dee that professionalism is key. And also that I am aware that maybe he was having a bad day. But hey, I still wanted to document this rating with 5 stars because everyone needs a second chance. No bad feelings, all love. Thanks Mr Dee and business for getting my oil change. I will be recommending.

I have been a repeat customer since 2017, and appreciate the diligence, patience, and tremendous effort servicing vehicle; I have had extensive work done on vehicle this year including timing belt replacement, valve cover replacement and leaks, spark plugs ect. I recently had thermostat housing and purge valve replaced and happy about services provided on 2015 Chevy Cruze. Shoutout to Chris and the rest of staff for servicing vehicle and highly recommend location.

Ive been here twice now. Both times very impressed by everyone’s professionalism and work ethic. And the price is reasonable. Today they put steps on my truck that I had ordered online, did a great job and didn’t try to rip me off. They have earned my repeat business. Thank you guys. Just wanted to add went here again yesterday without an appointment, they were short staffed but Chris went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem with my break lights and he gave me a great price. The local Wolfchase dealer would not even commit to looking at my truck in the next few days. This place has earned my trust and respect, Chris keep up the stellar work brother!

Joe took great care of me today. I expressed I was unsure the last time my oil had been changed and he check it for me before just telling me to get an oil change which I really appreciate. It was more about customer service than just getting my money. He also help explain all the services they were providing and what oil was best to protect my car! I will not go anywhere else for an oil change, As long as you keep employees like Joe! 11-16-2024 Dee and david took great care of me i drove all the way from nashville to come here i will not go anywhere else to get my oil change! Then Chris the manager got me a discount.i literally had to make a facebook post and told all my famiky & friends! Dee and david walked me all the way through the oil and how important it was to the grade of my car! Ive never had someone car when it comes to a oil change care!l DEE notice my tire light on and went ahead and put air in my back tire without me asking! These people care about the work they do! They deserve a raise! I am over the moon with my experience! Moving forward will only ask for them to take care of me im on my way to a funeral and with things being so hard Its great to have people take care of you!
