I came in for an oil change on a 2015 Jeep Patriot. It costed me approximately $45 with a $15 coupon that I obtained on their website.

Great service! Was quick, and they were true to their quote for brakes, replaced rotors and alignment. Even had this done on Saturday.

I have been here several times and it’s always a quick trip but the last time I went there was a problem. I have an older Honda with a lot of miles on it and a part of the engine broke and came out with the oil filter. It’s an old part that Honda doesn’t make anymore so Drew called around and the only one anywhere in the area was somewhere that couldn’t deliver it until the next day. It was somewhere 40 minutes away and Drew asked if I was willing to wait he would go get it. He was back an hour and a half later, it was a 7 dollar part but he clearly felt bad that I waited for about 2 hours in total, for an oil change that normally takes 10 minutes, and he didn’t charge me anything. Nothing for the part, nothing for the oil change. I’m surprised I wasn’t stuck looking for a ride and waiting until the next day, I really don’t think most places would have done that. Probably nowhere else would have. I’m a delivery driver and the amount of trouble they saved me that day is hard to put a price on. I’m going to always get my oil changed here. Above and beyond service, excellent!! A+!! Thank you!!!

Been coming here for years and have always been excellent! There hasn’t been another oil change facility in Knoxville I have felt more comfortable with! Very dog friendly.

Brought my 93 mazda for front end work. We had trouble getting parts for the old truck but drew treated my old truck like a new car he cared bout my problem and keep in touch with me during this whole process. I was very very pleased with his team here. I give him six stars if i could. Good place to go. Like the Terminator I'll be back

Drew was amazing! I came by to get my fluids topped off and he found a loose hose in my car. He topped everything off and fixed it for free! I highly recommend this place

Great and quick service and it’s a better price than other oil change places! I’ve been coming here for over a year and have always been happy with how quickly they work, how helpful the workers are, and how they communicate about everything they are doing. I was helped by Robert today, and he was very helpful!
