Totally waste of time. Brought my car before 12 noon with the part for replacement, they said they will run diagnostic test and will call me back by 3-4pm for update. Around past 4pm they called me saying it has not been seen yet but plans to have it done today and will call me back later. The store manager called me back at 5:30pm saying my vehicle has not been seen yet and he did not know his technician is off the next day and no nobody can check my vehicle until Wednesday. I wish they knew how important time is for their customers.

Great place, with great people and service. I have been taking my cars here for small services and I am very happy with their professionalism. Everyone here is very friendly and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend it. I had an oil change yesterday and noticed a small leak this morning. Went back to see what was happening and they replaced the oil plug for me as a courtesy. Thanks to Austyn and team for the great service!

Jarret helped my daughter and I when her car wouldn’t start. He went above and beyond to help by meeting us across the parking lot to jump start her car. He continued to help us once we drove her car into the shop by performing a battery test. I am Beyond thankful for the high-level of customer service Jarret exhibited to my daughter and I at what could have been a very stressful time! Thank you Jarret For making the first car trouble experience for my 16-year-old daughter not seems so terrible! You are the best!

While we have previously had wonderful service for oil and tires, this is not the place to bring a big repair. While I understand estimates for when the repairs will be completed are estimates, when no update is given on the estimated date is given until closing and the date is extended because other customers were put first and the mechanic is off two days before a holiday is not acceptable. Think twice before coming here for anything other than routine service. Those customers will come before you.

I made an appointment online for an engine and transmission oil change for Tuesday at 8am. I show up Tue at 8am and they said that the transmission tech wasn't working that day, but come back Wednesday at 8am. I go back Wed at 8 and the guy who checked me in started arguing with me about what engine was in the vehicle. He then proceeds to tell me that they don't have the oil filter for the vehicle (good thing I booked ahead) and they would have to order one. One was delivered, they changed the oil in my engine and then said that they wouldn't do the oil change on the transmission and I had to go to a "transmission specialist".

Team is very good, technically sharp and sound, easily diagnosed the issue, communication was clear from the beginning, took time to clearly explain the issues and the repairs needed. The service was completed on time, the staff was friendly, making the entire process pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this shop and will return for future maintenance.
