I am a long time customer with this location and I must admit today was I received the best service ever from New manager Thomas with the assistance of employee Josh I immediately notice there has been a change in management I literally received a full service Oil change without having to ask to top off fluids ect.. Keep up the great work!!!

The "Master Mechanics" are "Second to None"! Never judge a book by its cover!! I will continue to go there every Tuesday ( my day off) to have my Mercedes-Benz E350 given the golden touch! Until they say stop.. DILLAN, my service team manager, was On Point and explained everything Every Step of the way! I DIDN’T EVEN GET OUT OF THE CAR!! Where am I at the Car Oscars!!! Justin provided me with 5 star customer service yesterday when I came in for an oil change. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in checking everything on my auto. I got an oil change and he was very knowledgeable and checked everything in my auto. Thank you! Each time I come here you all have excellent employees! Justin provided excellent customer service! I usually do oil changes there, however, only needed a headlamp bulb. He checked my fluids and got the bulb replaced without having to wait. I highly recommend Oil Express at San Jose. Just sharing my experiences with express oil change, I’ve had the the best on point, ethical, and professionalism treatment from Justin each time I take my vehicle to do the service needed including my wife and oldest son who I encourage to visit express oil change. I pulled up to get a fuel filter change on a diesel truck absolutely nobody there standing around with their phones and their hands and he tells me oh I can’t do it because I didn’t make an appointment… But you call yourself a fast lube filter place. That doesn’t make any sense!

My new favorite place to get my oil changed. Fast, more affordable than most places (I had a coupon). Didn’t try to sell me unnecessary stuff. All around great experience. Was able to get it done in between jobs.

Found this location through Repair Pal. Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even went out of his way to help me find discounts and avoid markups. They do more than just oil changes. I got a fuel system cleaning service and a tune up. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Great experience! It’s truly drive-thru and quick. I had some of my children with me, so this was a very convenient option. My infant’s nap wasn’t interrupted at all. It can also be a good option for someone needing to do an oil change during lunch break or so -no waiting room, no Uber, shuttle from the dealership. Thomas was very knowledgeable and courteous.

When I called the first time Joshua spent with me over 20 minutes answering all my questions. Throughout the process Joshua, and the rest of the staff, was very knowledgeable, took the time to make sure I was getting the correct set of tires (4 of them) for my Chevy 2500 HD, explained everything in detail, and performed all the work admirably without rushing or anything. It was very refreshing to experience excellent customer service at every level. AAAA+ I have already recommended Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers at 11839 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville Florida to friends and family. I am looking forward to having them do any and all the work I need on my two vehicles from now on. The price I got was excellent compared to any other quotes I had from other tire retailers. They called me once my tires arrived, which was the next day after I placed the order, they scheduled me that afternoon and I was in and out within a very reasonable amount of time.
