Dissapointed! on 1/26 I called them @ 12:14 and they told me no wait for a tire rotation and no need to make an appt. Pulled in at 12:18 with only 2 other cars there at the time(both left shortly after I got there) I sat there until they let me know at 12:59 that it would be atleast another 45 min till they could even get to my car & 20 min to do the tire rotation. I told the guy that I had just called and he just said “oh well things change, we have other customers here now”

Express Oil Change is great! I’ve started getting my oil changes and car inspections within the last a couple years. This year I have gotten my repairs done here and I am impressed. I’ve worked with Tyler at first and Noah stepped in to help today. Noah and Nick helped make sure I was taken care of. They were knowledgeable about my car and made sure I got the best deals. The store manager, Terrance, came in to check in on me and made sure I was happy with my repairs. I will definitely come back to work with this team in the future. Terrance, the manager went above and beyond what I would expect. I have an unusual oil filter because my "new to me used car". He checked to see if filter was in stock and had me come right in. Took the time to explain what my options (new turbo engine with low mileage) I am beyond happy with my service and thanks to Terrance; you have 4 more lifetime customers. Me, my wife and 2 sons will come to this store! Ps...they actually caught and fixed a problem the previous oil change place messed up on. Missing oil plug pin which is crucial. Replaced for no charge. Highly recommended to come here and get your vehicle serviced. Terrance is an honest dude and I will come to her from now on

Been coming here for 4 years and have always been treated great. BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD DONT WALK IN THE BAY or you will get screamed at…..unless you’re giving them money then it’s ok.

If you’re looking for fast and professional service this is definitely the place to come. Nick took great care of my car. He was very patient and nice throughout the entire process (even over the phone before I brought the car into the shop). The entire staff was also very nice and professional as well. I HIGHLY recommend coming here over any other car shop. Thank me later!

I went here for inspection. I work on my own cars. The cars are always a pass I don’t do funny stuff. It depends upon who you get. Sometimes the guys are cool, some car guys work there. Sometimes you get a bad one that tries to upsell. The skinny shorter bearded dude is that bad one. I knew my brake pads were fine. They said they were very low. Lies. I said I don’t want upsells. They said we are not trying to do that sir! Although I was there the previous day for my other car and he did exactly that with a lady. Then they say their 2 readers can’t connect to my car. I have a obd2 scanner in my car at all times and it connected fine. I took it to another inspection place and it passed with no issue. Trash. Not going back

Update: My wiper blade was broken during this process. I figured this out a short time later. Wouldn't say don't go here, but either stay in your car or keep a close eye out! Kierra was nothing short of AMAZING. She was quick and efficient as well as extremely knowledgeable about my car. She forever has my business. So professional and friendly as well! I will definitely recommend coming here as everyone worked together as a team and the atmosphere was highĺy exceptional for an oil and tire place. You absolutely ROCK!!!

Had some spark plugs replaced and an intake gasket and ignition coil put on. At the end of the job mechanic said he couldn’t tighten the screws on the manifold because it was cracked. I didn’t argue about how it got cracked although I know it doesn’t crack on its own. He offered to put on the manifold at no charge if I purchased one myself. I made the purchase and went back and the guy no longer worked there. He did however, put on the paperwork that the work would be done. I showed the paperwork to the manager and he would not honor it. This was work done by his shop and the notes were by a mechanic working at his shop at the time. It’s bad business when you don’t work as one. I can’t imagine somebody telling McDonalds they messed up an order and the manager saying, it was one of our employees and therefore he was responsible and we won’t fix your order. BAD BUSINESS

Went in for a routine oil change. Terrance & his staff communicated effectively and quickly about preparing my car for the winter as well! Great staff and I was in and out without a wait. Definitely will return!
