I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed here! Shon was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything and even checked a few other things on my vehicle to make sure it was in great shape. The service was fast and hassle-free. I visited the Harbison store today and received the best service. I called the store to make sure they were open since many places were closing early today because of the weather. Mr. Mack the store manager answered and assured me they were open and they would take care of my vehicle. Once arriving I was greeted by a technician soon as I pulled in parking lot. Mr. Mack even came out to greet me when I asked could I speak to the manager I spoke to on the phone. His leadership and customer service skills are amazing. I’ve dealt with other places and never received customer service like I did today. I will be returning to this location for all my services Thank you Mr. Mack and the Amazing Technicians

I visited the Harbison store today the customer service is amazing. I called the store to ask if they could get my car in today and Mr. James Mack the store manager answered and let me they were open and they would take care of my vehicle. Despite it being freezing cold a technician greeted me soon as I pulled on the lot. The manager James Mack even came out and helped the technicians to get me in and out. That really showed his leadership skills because most places I’ve been the managers sit in office and watch the technicians work. Thank you Mr. James Mack and his amazing team

I went here for an oil change. I worked with Shon, who went out of his way to be courteous and efficient. The other staff members were also very polite and professional. They got me in and out on my lunch break. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Had a flat tire on the way home so I stopped in at 5:30pm to see if any of the service staff could help fix the flat. The manager was awesome and offered to do it right away. I noticed they were fairly slammed with cars in each bay but he insisted. Great customer service! I'm impressed to the max.
