Guy was great and the team, efficient, as always. Just went for a regular oil change this time, but Gordon in the service shop is always helpful for tires and tire maintenance. Great, local spot with friendly and knowledgeable team.

I have been coming to express oil change for some time, but today was very different! I enjoy the customer service that was provided, KC she was very nice respectful and thorough with the information needed for my vehicle. It was quite a surprise that the information that was provided by KC was information that was supposed to been given before but I never received it until today! She great I really appreciate her and understand the needs for my SUV. Thanks KC! 👍🏽

Drove out of my way to come to this location because this is the only express oil close by and I prefer to go to express vs other quick lube companies. Not anymore. Took 30+ mins to even pull my car in. Another person was waiting 40+ mins. They still hadn’t been pulled in. Oil wasn’t even put in the car that was ahead of them. I asked for a discount because it was 5:40 at that point all other auto shops are gonna close. I arrived there at 5:03 pm. It Horrible experience not the first time had a bad encounter. Could have wrote a bad review a few times. One time they forgot my sticker and refused to give me one because I was in a different vehicle. The other time they had an employee who would not stop flirting with me and was making me uncomfortable. He was very creepy. This location to say the least is very inconsistent and it’s always something when you go to them. Go anywhere else, it will probably be 10x better than the experience you could have here! Went to take 5 up the road was in and out within 10 mins and saved way more than what I would have at express, also used a coupon. The guys at Take 5 were nice, helpful and quick, unlike here.

Guy and Joe were awesome help and provided great customer service. Joe acknowledged the cars pulling and was very attentive to all customers getting them in correct lanes and out of the street. Guy was very thorough in explaining what services were being provided and recommended. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back to service my other vehicles. Awesome team at this location, very professional!

I come here every time I need an oil change and every time everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and they get me in and out very fast Today I had Guy greet me and assist me. He’s so personable and doesn’t try to sale u things u don’t need. Kept conversation going and had a positive attitude. I will continue to be a customer here.

Gordon , he’s amazing!! This guy took the time out to see why my check engine light was on after I received an oil change on yesterday.Fixed the problem, explained in detail what the issue was. Long wait, over priced. Didnt even correct tire pressure on the new tires they installed. Did not reset sensors after a rotation. Waste of $500 and 4 hours. Do not go here
