I always call around to compare prices before committing to any service, and I was immediately impressed by how polite and helpful Orlando was when I called with general questions. Even though I wasn’t ready to make an appointment, he took the time to answer everything thoroughly and patiently. That level of professionalism made me feel confident about choosing Express Oil Change on Clemson Road. When I came in to have my brakes and rotors done, both Jeremy and Orlando went above and beyond. They were incredibly transparent about pricing and explained the reasoning behind their recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. Shout-out to the mechanic team that worked on my car as well. They did an excellent job, and I could tell the work was handled with care. This experience has earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. If you’re looking for a place with great customer service, honest communication, and a team that values your time and trust, I highly recommend this location.

I needed an oil change. Since they allow you to bring your own oil and filter, I was pretty happy with this already. I brought the oil and the filter, the service proceeded quick and smooth, they even added the oil additive I brought along. Orlando, the manager was professional and courteous throughout. They finished the service, cleaned the drops, and literally there were just drops on the engine at the end, so again, I am satisfied with the result. A new guy training charged me for someone else's ticket, though. The only downside. Orlando threw in a free air filter replacement and made sure to apologize for the inconvenience. Though I am sure that I did not really get my value's worth equivalent to the overcharge, Orlando did what he could to make things right within his ability. Except for the overcharge, the service was a great experience. I cant change my own oil at home because of HOA rules, so this is my only option. I am happy with the service overall, yeah being charged for someone else's ticket at a higher price sucked, but mistakes do happen. Orlando did what he could to make things at least somewhat better. He took accountability, and that matters more to me than a few dollars, I cannot question the integrity there. I will be coming back to this location for future services on my truck. Accountability, professionalism, and knowledgeable, I cannot ask for more. I really want to give a big shout out to Orlando who did everything to make the experience pleasant as possible. Excellent service.

On Saturday, January 18th, my tire light came  on so I went to Express Oil Change. There I met two wonderful staff, Mr Orlando and Mr Daniel I. Orlando said I had a nail in my tire.  He informed me about my safety that the tire could not be plugged because not only did I have a nail in my tire but it was worn down and not safe to drive. He recommended that I purchase a new tire. He was honest about the tire wear and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. I was highly impressed with Daniel I. , as he understood my situation and provided wonderful assistance during the purchase of my tires, going the extra mile, ensuring my car was safe for me to drive before leaving the establishment. They provided Excellent customer service and professionalism! Thank you Daniel and Orlando

THINK TWICE! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN!! I came here January 4th around 9am for an oil change, and service started out good. Orlando was nice and confident. When he asked me to start the car, I instantly saw smoke. He told me to turn the car off. He was cleaning around the cap so I figured some oil spilled and that was the reason for the smoke. He told me to start the car again and give it some gas, still saw smoke and Orlando said that it was because of the oil spilling and that it was normal and it should go away with no worries. I said okay. Paid for service. I don't even get down the road a half of mile before my car is smoking bad under the hood and inside the car. Mind you it was 20 something degrees that morning. I call to let them know I was coming back. Get back and every technician at the shop is under my hood trying to find out what happened. Orlando went from confident to scary real fast. Nobody telling me what happened. I had to get out my car to air out because I inhaled smoke trying to get back to them. Nobody apologized. The so called manager Adam gave some made up excuse talking about it was the model of my car when I have NEVER had this problem with any other oil change. All of them were nervous. They claimed it had to do with my oil cap and the oil spilling so they washed the oil off the engine. Basically dismissed me and told me to ride with the windows down to get rid of the oil smell in 20 degree weather. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. IF YOU GO, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DOUBLE CHECK BEHIND THEM.

I sit there from 10:30 in the morning to 2 o’clock in the afternoon. One guy come and tell me he’s trying to get the hose for my coolant then at 2:00 another guy came and told me that they can’t get the hose till the next day but didn’t know what time it would be and laughed about it then still try to charge me as if they fixed everything I They thought cause I’m a woman they could get over wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this place if you can go to garners ferry

Ive been coming to Express Oil for awhile now and I appreciate that Orlando informed me that it was necessary to get my engine flush along with my oil change especially since my truck is a 2014. I was hesitant @ first but I trusted his judgement and concern with my safety. Thanks

Traveling south from Maine to visit family in South Carolina and Florida. Picked up a screw in the tire somewhere between Florida heading back to SC. I spoke with Orlando first thing in the morning and he said come on down and they will take care of it and they did! Super nice people and great service…inexpensive enough and easy to pay. I can even get reimbursed because it’s a rental, but I would come here anytime to patronize Orlando and his team at Express Oil/Tire Engineers! Thanks guys!

What can I say! Express oil change is the most rapid, urgent, and provide an outstanding customer service experience ever! I used to get my oil change at Take 5 but met Elleana and knew I was in good hands which made me make the commute to the Clemson Road location! She’s dynamic! She’s definitely not one of those pushy sales individuals but she’s definitely going to let you know what’s needed for your vehicle! I trust my car needs in Elleana hands and the environment was calm, the workers are all in unity with one another.
