Without a doubt the best oil change I have had in a long time. Ron was very quick and personal. I have never received the type of customer service and experience from an Express Oil Change employee ever before. I will 100% coming back to see Ron.

I come here for my oil change everytime, and everytime I receive A++ service. I was in and out this morning and not a single thing was overlooked. I even asked for a tire rotation and they let me know that i would need mew tires soon and they even gave me a quote for new tires without having to ask. Always a pleasure!!

Well, I originally said it was a great experience, but it changed once I saw my bill. I was promised a $55 carbon air filter but with a $26 discount since that’s all they had in stock. I got my bill and saw they charged me the full $55 anyway. When I confronted them, they just asked me to pull out my phone and asked what I wanted them to do. I’m a single girl and didn’t know how to answer that so I just left. Not going back.

Stopped by today and had a quick/easy oil change. I normally go to my local place, but I was in Bhm and decided to try this location since it's close to the hospital. It was a good experience! Joseph was polite and had great customer service!

Made an appointment, showed up at the time, no one was around. Had to walk INTO their bay to get a human being. They're clearly surprised, and there is no space in their bay to work on my vehicle (why even allow me to make an appointment?) They say they'll try to get it done before I have to leave for work, so I leave my key and grab an Uber. I call back at the agreed upon time, they inform they they've been trying to get ahold of me, because they can't start on my car before I agree to the price. They ENTERED MY PHONE NUMBER WRONG. I retrieve my car in defeat, having spent Uber money and time in my day for absolutely nothing. I'm begging you not to go to this location.

The staff is EVERYTHING, they are so wonderful, friendly, and just want to take care of you. The service is fantastic. The work is fantastic. This will be the only place I will go for an oil change in Birmingham for the rest of my life.
