I always go to Express in trussville. I mistakenly used the downtown location. NEVER GO THERE! They were so unprofessional. The 2 gentleman both were giving different instructions at the same time. I left with my check engine light on! I stop by Express in trussville and Conleee and team took good care of me and got my engine light off! They are the best!

This was the best oil change I've ever experienced. Conlee was great. Super knowledgeable he explained everything every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going on. Despite the cold the heaters in the bay were turned up high. He didn't try to sell me products i didn't need and pulled out my air filter to show me it was good. His big smile and warm personality kept me at ease as the change was being performed. I wish every oil change was like this! There are plenty of coupons online and I saved over 30 dollars. I'm definitely coming back next time. Thank you Conlee and team 👋🏼

Last week Ron and Conlee helped me out tremendously. I’d never been in that area of AL and my water pump went out on my Tahoe. I had it towed in and they had it repaired in less than an hour and a half. They played with my pup and gave me whatever I needed as I waited. A great experience considering the circumstances. Was great except for the fact that there was a 20-dollar off coupon I could have used and they didn't tell me about it kind of bums you out! Oh and I realize the location I used before this when it put regular oil instead of synthetic which this location changed it when I asked about it but they didn't offer me a coupon which kind of disheartening..

Tre and the other guys there were amazing!! As a woman it’s not always safe to go to auto service centers without being taken advantage off, but these guys were different. They explained everything and were very honest and even help me with a coupon, absolutely wonderful experience, from now on I told my daughter that’s the only place to go to.
