It was horrible. I went to the Tarrant location and asked for a simple diagnostic and to check my filters. He told me I had a busted radiator and needed a new one. I had it taken somewhere else and that was not the case at all. They try to take advantage of women. Horrible.

Service was awful. Definitely won’t be going back. The service was terrible the tech half cleaned my windows didn’t check anything up under the hood nor did he show me my oil level was full. Didn’t check my transmission fluid like I asked. The New Manager just walked around looking lost. That 4.6 rating was definitely from the last Manager who was Top notch and made sure once u left you felt like you were up to date on everything going on with your vehicle not feeling like you gotta pull over and start looking over your car. Stay Away

I pulled up and asked for them to change my battery terminal, they did it right on the spot. I appreciate Taylor making sure I needed one first than just doing it and not needing it. I decided to get my oil change and Warren did an awesome job also, he even clean the corrosion off my battery post for me. I will return to this location next time!!!

Scot was a pleasure to deal with during my latest visit. He explained how my new-to-me car required synthetic oil and filters, why it's more expensive, etc. I live close by this location so have taken my cars and my motorhome here for service for years. They've checked my tires for me, added air when I needed it and are always quick and reliable.
