Dale did my service for an oil change on Friday and he manually checked everything. Chatted with me and kept me in the loop the whole time. Was upfront and honest about what I needed but I never felt pushed to do another service! Dale was the best tech I’ve gotten at an express in awhile!

I've been doing business with the Trussville location for more than 12yrs. I've never had a problem with their service, professionalism and courtesy! Just today, I needed a jump start. I was less than .75 mile away and they arrived and in 2 minutes I was up and running! Thanks guys for today and over 12 yrs of tremendous service!

The people at this location is the true EXAMPLE OF AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I literally pulled up 10mins before closing with my little man and was scared due to my engine light had came on and not only did they take there time with me and my car but they made sure I felt safe. No one, In I do mean no one had an attitude or a sense of its time for is to go so lets send her on her way. Thank You guys so much for caring and not trying to take advance of me because I was a women who had no clue what was going on!!!!

Went to Chalkville Mountain Road location and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. This new manager , Dale, took me in the bay at 8 am sharp and listened to my concerns concerning my Honda. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism cause he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need . I love going here now because everyone is so nice and really care about your car. Great group of guys !!! Thanks Express Oil!
