Very convenient and quick service. Kelsey was able to not only fulfill my oil change needs, but her and the rest of the staff were able to detail and give me good estimates on other problems noticed during my visit. Would highly recommend these guys 👌🏾!

Michael and Buckie did a phenomenal job repairing my tail light ! I was in desperate need of help and they worked together and quickly installed my tail light ! It was also with about 40 min before closing and they were so helpful !! Highly recommend !!

Aaron C. greeted me with sincere kindness, guided me into a specific bay, and didn’t bat an eye when I accelerated instead of braking while maneuvering my car into the bay (😳)! He was extremely thorough and offered his professional opinion on maintenance that will be eventually required for my car. I’m grateful for his assistance and for the efficiency of the entire oil change experience!

I evacuated from Hurricane Idalia last year to go to a German Shepherd friendly hotel in Birmingham I knew well so while staying I got my truck serviced here and was treated so kindly and was also told I did not new tires - I told them about a man at a Florida Ford dealership who TRIED to trick me into buying some. So I knew I would reward this kindness and honesty with a return trip. So here comes Hurricane Helene, I'm scared to death, I haven't slept in 2 days, I've been driving overnight with my 94 year old mother and German Shepherd in tow, and while waiting for this same hotel to check us in, I thought it would be a load off our shoulders to return here again to get the truck checked and get that out of the way. It's several miles off I-65 and very out of my way, especially at the end of a long overnight drive up from central Florida. I pass by competitors, I'm dead tired, frazzled, about at the end of my last hurricane-induced nerves, but I am determined to go to this very location! So the young woman takes me in, checks everything, is very nice, has me do blinkers and hood release etc. and I am a little slow following these quick instructions because I'm dead tired and I am scared about losing my home to Hurricane Helene that night. She gives me a list of recommended repairs totaling over $600, and it seems reasonable, so I plan on returning before I go home (if I still have a home!) and giving them some good business. So as I am pulling out, this man gets in front of me and blocks me on the right side, it looks like he is doing this deliberately, he is flapping his mouth around with his co-worker and not moving so I can exit, and I am trying to pull out but I don't want to hit him so I am looking at both him and her as she guides me out, and suddenly he whips around and starts snapping at me, DON"T LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT HER! And keeps cutting me off repeating that over and over! Glaring at me! I have never ever in my life encountered somebody so HATEFUL! Arrogant and oh so condescending! HE HAS A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH ME!!! Childless dog lady driving a truck, is it? A truck bigger than his, no doubt!!! I AM A REPEAT PAYING CUSTOMER! So you just lost over $600 worth of business from me, BUDDY! But I'll come back someday to get a cheap oil change or something because others were so kind to me and maybe we can, er, meet again! But I will never ever give you big business!!! Ever!
