I really like the convenience of being taken care of so efficiently! They’re very patient with me I have questions and I stopped in one day and asked if they would fill my tires with air - and it was taken care of immediately. I have been to several express oil change locations and this one is by far the BEST. They are very friendly and honest. I have never felt that I am being taken advantage of. They consistently perform thorough checks and willingly answer all my questions. Derrick did a great job today and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location!

I went by the Cahaba Park Circle location today while it was 29 degrees outside. I needed 4 bulbs for my headlights. They had them installed within 10 minutes. Everyone at this location had an awesome attitude and you could tell they really care about their customers! I will continue to go there for my automotive needs!

eddie is the best! However, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. They charged me an additional $363.44 for work I never authorized, including adding a warranty without consulting me. When I confronted them about the overage, they lied and tried to offset the issue with vague and misleading explanations rather than taking accountability. As a young female with limited knowledge about car repairs, they took advantage of my position and assumed I wouldn’t question the charges. This happened once before, but I believed in their claims that the service was necessary and honest. I will not trust them with my car ever again. Performing extra work behind a customer’s back without consent is completely unacceptable. Trust is critical when dealing with auto repairs, and this location has completely lost mine. I will update this review if they make things right, but for now, I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you value honest and transparent service.

The best Express Oil location in Birmingham! The day before Thanksgiving I needed to get 4 new tires for my Mercedes-Benz before heading out of town for the holiday! I called ahead of time to get a quote, and then came in person and received the BEST customer service from Jeff Hines, the Store Manager and the entire Express Oil team! Jeff was very detailed and went over the various options with me and took time to explain them all to me. I ended up getting my 4 new tires, oil change, light bulb replaced, and tire alignment all done and the staff offered to drop me off at my home nearby so I didn’t have to wait at the shop while they were working on my car. It was such a nice gesture and the best level of customer service I’ve ever received! If you are looking for an Express Oil location to go, pick this location on 280, right across from Target! Thank you, Jeff and the Express Oil team for all your help!! I will see you next oil change! -Cam Callis
