Belton location Absolute idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!! Failed a Missouri State Inspection for a bent wheel and tire knot, which is fail. I installed spare, which is a full size steel wheel (nothing fancy) in its place. Now won't pass because wheels are mismatched!!!!!!!!! Spare is same diameter, width, exact tire size and speed rating!!!!!! Mind you not a donut spare which is usually several inches smaller in diameter and only a temporary fix! Wouldn't let these fools work on my most hated enemies vehicle!!!!!!

Dropped by because my headlight went out. I had a bulb, but didn’t know how to put it in. Jason was super friendly and got me right in. I’ve had a light changed before, but never this fast and never by anyone so friendly. Thank you Jason!!!

Went in to get the oil changed, and was able to get in and out very quickly. Crew did a great job. However, I had a $20 off coupon, and it wasn’t applied. I asked afterwards about the coupon, the employee said he forgot to put it in. I asked if he could refund the $20 or re-charge me correctly and he said “All sales are final.”

I'm so thankful I found Express Oil Change in Belton MO! This was my second visit, and once again, Mgr Jason's team made me feel welcome and valued. They actually seemed happy to work on my car! Matthew set me at ease as he walked me through the brake work my car needed. He was professional, knowledgeable and treated this 76 yr old lady with kindness and respect. It took a little longer than we expected, but he stuck with it, and I left a very happy and satisfied customer. Great job, I'll be back!

I was denied service to get my rims taken off to put the original rims back on for the winter and was told they couldn't do it because my tires weren't brand new. These are the same rims and tires that they had switched for me before. The guy Matthew was very unprofessional and rude. I will not take my business to the Belton location.

Matt and Dakota were awesome and super friendly. The Belton location was quick service. I used to be a Valvoline for life but I’ll go here from now on. My daughters will be pumped about the suckers but they offer dog treats for your fur babies as well.

Matthew has been working on my car for a few months now, ever since I started bring it up here. They have been very helpful. They will work with you and your schedule if needed. They also will walk you through what they are doing, by far one of the best places if not the best and they are always so sweet!

matthew has been extremely helpful! if you guys are having any car problems at all i highly recommend express oil change in the belton/raymore area. they are affordable, get the job done, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get almost all fluids filled. whether you need an oil change, tire rotation, new parts, or something replaced, express oil change will get the job done for you. fast and efficiently. i have went up there with a friend and they have fixed a crap ton of 💩 that her last mechanic didn’t fix and just “resetted.” they have yet to disappoint! there’s almost nothing they can’t do. they also have very good customer service and are always willing to guide you through what is being done to your vehicle!
