10 minutes if you get lucky. No communication for the facility if what lane to be in led me to wait for 45 mins while others who arrived later got done 30 mins before I did.

Hands down THE BEST Express Tires & Oil Change location in GA! I visit at least four times per year and each and every time, no matter who I engage with, they are always extremely warm, personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative. I always leave feeling and knowing that I’ve received the absolute best service! During today’s visit, Alfred and Torrey were stellar! HUGE shoutout to both gentleman for your above and beyond customer service!!!

I went in for an oil change right before closing. Jonathan serviced my car and although they were about to close, he was still thorough in inspecting my car. It was obvious that know absolutely nothing about cars, and he took time explaining everything he was doing and future recommendations. He was beyond patient with me! I usually take my car to the dealership. However, I will be bringing my car here from now on!

I have came here twice, the first time I waiting also 20 min and I didn’t move once while waiting. Keep in mind It is suppose to be a 10 min oil change service . I decided to leave since I had things to do. I came back a couple day later, which is today. The same exact situation of me waiting for almost 30+ min and there are still 2 car in the shop with another one right in front of me. Only reason I can’t leave now is because I’m sandwich in. This is absolutely terrible for a 10 min oil change and a place called “express oil change”. The one in Moreland is 1000x better just of these two incidents, please do better.

I recently got my SIL’s car after she passed and it sat for 6 months. I’ve brought all of my cars here in the past, so I brought this one too. Jonathan was so incredibly helpful and kind given the state of the car and my lack of knowing its history. He pulled the car fax report and updated me on the history. He fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me timelines on the other matters. He treated me with a great deal of kindness and respect, despite not knowing how difficult and emotional this whole process was on me. I’m forever grateful and will be bringing the car back as instructed! Thank you, Jonathan!
