Always a pleasure to make oil change here no way times fast and friendly Service, and they do a lot of extra stuff like filling up your washer, fluid and the antifreeze fluid, and plus you get a free car wash!!

After changing the engine oil. Blue smoke appeared in the car. When I returned, I reported the problem, after checking it turned out that the old oil had not been drained. After that, the level exceeded the max. I changed it again and the smoke disappeared. I do not recommend it, incompetent employees could not track whether the old oil had been drained. The car has 23 thousand mileage.

They have a ton of 1 star reviews for a reason: because zero stars isn’t an option. They tried hard to upsell me. Showed me the color of my oil, and then said I need a flush and emissions treatment. My oil was a perfect golden color. It’s been less than 3000 miles and my car is low mileage, so I knew they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. So I said, just an oil change please. They tried to charge me $90 over their posted price! What a scam.

Dude said I needed a flush and so I did what they said to end up them telling me I'm ready to go so before I left I noticed I had no antifreeze. How you're going to flush out everything and don't refill everything and on the paper it said antifreeze was filled when it wasn't. No antifreeze means my car would've f up because of their incompetence. 1st and last time going there i didn't even use the free car wash because of their ignorance

When in for JUST a oil change. And found them in my glovebox. I didn’t need a cabin filter change because I changed it that year.

I went in for a simple oil change, but what I encountered was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, the person assigned to do the oil change was rude and unpleasant. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, just a gruff demand for my keys. Throughout the process, the attitude only worsened. Any questions I had were met with eye rolls and condescending responses. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for this individual.

When people talk about Brooklyn being full of body shops/oil change shops/etc that are run by scam artists and con men - this is exactly the kind of place they’re referring to. Couldn’t find a better example of bad service, bad quality of work, and pick-and-choose pricing. When the cost of a synthetic oil change changes every single time I go by a few dollars, and they’re always trying to upcharge me for other services I don’t ask for, it’s easy to see what’s going on. Try being honest! It’ll go far with the people that come here. I, however, will never be one of those again. The car wash rules though lol

Horrible customer service from cashier ladies. I was only person in line waited in front of them made eye contact even said excuse me 3 times. But they were too busy chatting away about personal problems to attend me. Needless to say I walked away and this business lost about $150 of my money.

The price is higher as compared with other service centers as pip boys charging the same price but giving more good service then them so they need to reduce the price as it’s costly.

Workers will try to get your to pay more then you ask for, went there for a oil change and idek how it came up to $289 smd. Manager is a co artist, don’t trust them. They will charge you more then you came there for. Had to literally threatened them.

Malisimo, tienen una promoción $35pero cuando hice el servicio pague por aceite filtro de aceite y filtro de aire $104 dólares, y ojo cuando sacan el aceite del carro te dicen que necesitas una limpieza interna del motor te muestran un vaso con aceite negro que deplano alli lo tienen listo para engañarte, yo en lo personal no caí en eso por que se como tengo mi carro, también en la hoja que te dan del servicio dicen que te chequean el carro a nivel general y es mentira no lo hacen, POR LO TANTO NO LO RECOMIENDO!! PRIMERA Y ULTIMA VEZ QUE LLEGO A ESE LUGAR

This is my first review that ago and it is very sad how there are people who can have a business and for a few dollars lose their reputation while I went to pay my bill and they changed the type of oil for a lower quality for a price more :( bad business

Very fast and reliable service. A little pricey for synthetic oil though at $78.44 using my debit card but definitely a fast service, about 20 mins total
