From my initial phone call with Rick to the service provided by Chris, it was a great experience. Rick was up front about pricing and Chris explained his recommendation, ensuring my safety on the road. From start to finish, the whole process took no more than about an hr and a half, max!! Would recommend to anyone in a bind!!

I had a broken valve stem. Chris was GREAT! He took the tire, repaired it, brought it back and had it back on the car within 2 hours of my call.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had a flat tire and called them at 7:30 PM. They promised assistance within 30-45 minutes, but it took over 3 hours for someone to arrive. When they finally did, they took my tire to mount a new one onto the rim. An hour later, they called to say they had picked the wrong tire size and told me I’d have to wait until the next day because of THEIR mistake. The communication, service, and response time were absolutely terrible, completely unprofessional for a formal business. To make matters worse, the person I spoke to promised to deliver the correct tire at 9:30 AM the next morning and issue me a refund. After that, they stopped answering my calls altogether. I was essentially ROBBED. I’ll make sure everyone knows about this, including FitFam. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

We had an emergency tire blowout on our motor home while traveling through El Paso late in the afternoon, and this company and employee SOOOO came through for us! Amazing service, above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this company and their awesome employees.

You pay, they don’t deliver, and then they stop answering. This business preys on people in emergencies and ROBS them. Avoid at all costs.

We called for a tire service at 8pm, they told us the wait was going to be 45 min and ended up showing up 2 hrs later. They not only took a long time to arrive but took the rim and made us wait another 2 hrs. They should be more upfront if it’s going to take them that long instead of promising a timely service. Not only that it was $200 which would be fine if he wouldn’t have taken that long. I would never call them again.

Terrible customer service and ridiculous pricing. Waited almost 3 hours stranded from the time we agreed on price until someone finally showed up. They quoted me $85 for the road side assistance/to put on a spare but I didn't have one so then the quote went up $100 to $185 for a used tire. Any decent shop in town will install a used tire for 40 bucks. Then when it came time to pay they tried to charge 225 and upon questioning turns out they tried to charge $30 for tire disposal. Ridiculous, again, tire shops charge like 8 bucks. I understand higher pricing for convenience sake but 5X what a tire shop would charge? No. One Star only for the super polite and apologetic tech who finally showed up and made quick work of the situation, who turns out was a third party person and not even an employee of this place.

Took the time to drive two hours between Albuquerque, NM and El Paso, TX. to assist us with two flat tires we got on our way to Mexico. It was already late he provided great service and stayed in communication when he was on his way to meet us.

Had tire done on the roadside. Service was good but did not provide receipt for services and now won’t answer my calls. Next time I’ll go somewhere else. Horrible.

Excellent and consistent communication starting from the initial call, all the way to when Rick showed up to swap out my tires. Ensured he was getting the proper tires prior to coming, and provided several options for payment (Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or cash). Once he showed up, the job took about 25-30 minutes, which is actually much quicker than I've dealt with, going to regular tire shops. Much more impressive that Rick was by himself and did it by himself in that time frame. I couldn't be happier with the customer interaction, services, and overall experience. Very well priced, especially compared to other overnight tire repair shops. El Paso is usually full of semi truck night repairs, Ricky was one of the few that does sedans, SUVs, or trucks and is overnight for only an extra 100 bucks on the repair. i accidentally gave him the wrong tire size and he worked with me to make sure I got home and could get the new tire on. On top of that, my guy did the repair when I was knocked out and let me know he was done after. Great service, great guy, and well price for the work. I appreciate the help and look forward to working with you again if I have anymore issues in El Paso.
