I took my car for oil change. Someway somehow my radiator got a small puncture in it and now the leaking start it to overheating. The rude employee said he doesn't know how it happened and we can't do nothing about it. So now I have a problem I have to deal with when I never had a problem before. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this business. Perfect example of them doing something to your vehicle to make you come back . Totally Not Good Business. Yes indeed I brought my car back and your response was "well we can't do nothing about it".. My car was running perfect before I got a simple oil change. Your worker comes inside and was complaining to me about my air filter is dirty ! I said put it back I'm having tht taken care of,it's like y'all couldn't find nothing wrong so looks like he made one a small puncture in my radio, and now I'm having overheating problems,can't get to work,it really put a damper in my family life and all you say is you don't know what happened. 😡 Sad Cont: I did bring my car back and there was no negotiation just a simple answer we didn't do it ,or it must of been like that when you brought it in..if thts the case why didn't you mention it to me like you mentioned my air filter need changed..I've payed for any work y'all did on my car always up front, at least y'all can man up and fix the problem because it was absolutely no problems with my car until I left your shop ..

This place is great!!! Had my first visit today …. to make a long story short the Ram dealership tried to scam me saying i needed more work than i truly needed. . After an Autozone diagnostic we went and bought the car parts we needed. we were going to try to do the work ourselves, but we drove by this shop and asked what they would cost and could they install the parts, they were very customer friendly, and gave a fair labor price. On top of that they did the work within a few hours My truck is driving great and I will definitely go back in the future

Had a really Bad experience. On 9/21/24 A few days ago I had both front and rear brakes replaced with " new ones " took it home and drove it for 3 days. Tell me why my car started squeaking on my driver front wheel and my passenger front wheel makes a horrible noise as it's trying to force stop my vehicle. On my 5th day, 9/26/24 l was driving on the highway someone suddenly made all the traffic stops I had to veer off to the side cause my vehicle wasn't responding as it should. Mine you, I have a 2020 infinity and I have driven it for 3yrs , never has this happen I paid 849.00 for full service on my breaks I hope someone gets back to me cause this has been very stressful and inconvenient. I had to call off work cause of my concerns with my vehicle not being safe.

The mechanics that work in the main mechanic shop are very professional. One has glasses and the other one doesn’t they are both Mexican and super cool. They will take care of your car!

Great oil change, can't be any faster. Friendly, even when busy. Punch card for free oil change. They are always helpful with repair info even if they don't get the business.

I can't tell you what a relief it is as a woman to be able to go get services done on my car and not be worried about being hassled, taken advantage of, or made to feel like I need urgent unnecessary work done on my car. I got an oil change done on my car today, and I have never been more satisfied with services received than I have today. I was in-and-out within a 1/2 an hour. The mechanic was straight to the point did my oil change and sent me on my way. All the other mechanics wished me a good day as I was leaving. Which I felt was very kind. I will definitely return to this location.

I have to start by saying, I used to love this place, I brought all my cars here for literally everything. Jose the manager is awesome and accommodating. BUT I have issues with some of the mechanics, I live in pahrump, I called to see if they could give me a quote for suspension work, I explained what I wanted done and they said "yeah bring it in and we'll give u a quote. NO problem" except when I get there I get turned away because apparently "we don't do that suff here ". That's an awful but oops if u ask me. But they do suspension work because I've had work done there on my other car. If ur lucky you'll get a good mechanic but the massive info discrepancies are enough to make me NEVER go here again.

I took my car so they could change the mass air flow sensor, but the mechanic changed the new one for the old one. They charged me $80. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! We are not coming back really bad business.

Steve is the MAN!! Always right up front...very reasonable pricing and finds any other issues with our Jag and Ford when I as a retired fairly good mechanic... don't want to do the work myself. Friendly staff as well.

Took my car here to fix lifters took weeks for a job that should taken 7 days don't know if they changed parts it runs worse than when I took it to them they changed my good battery for a bad one said they changed the oil and filter an nother shop stated oil was not changed texted me my spark plus were not right gave approval to replace but put wrong spark plugs back in the car and charged me 3337.53 for work my car should not be running bad if they charged me 3337.53 to fix it very shady business and the owner smells of alcohol when I picked it up not a place to take your car

Had power steering pump replaced in May of 2022 with a one year warranty, pump went bad wanted replaced today 01-28-23 and they wanted a additional 240.00 for labor, these guys are ripoffs and have no morals, so PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Well we back ROOOOOOLLIN!! THANKS GUYS! Busted radiator and something else, cheaper than most and they have a tow truck guy they work with. He's definitely cheaper than most! So no matter where you're at they got you. Very nice, quick annnnd they found the SOMETHING ELSE the other mobile mechanic didn't. They do EVERYTHING so make them your go to PLUS the referral program is worth it! SO TELL'EM YA GIRL MELITA SENT YOU😉😂 THANKS AGAIN
