A majority of us know the struggle bus, especially when it comes to buying your first car that unfortunately has a few speed bumps. Having to deal with so many things I'm very pleased to have gone to Express Lube Burnet. Mike was a miracle worker with helping me with my vehicle discovering a problem after another. Not only was he friendly, kind, and welcoming but had great customer service. I highly recommend Mike to get the job done with great effort and quick execution.

Showed up for an inspection, a guy with hair tied back and tattoos asked me what I wanted. Told him I needed an inspection, said I probably wouldn’t pass because it started to rain(as in drizzling). Waited 35 him to take my car for 2min to just tell me I didn’t pass. I assumed he would fail me because he didn’t seem like he wanted to do it and was in a mood. Really didn’t even rain but like 3min and the road had dried up so instead I drove to Wingman and waited an hour for them to do my inspection. They were Courteous and nice. I didn’t care that I had to wait an hour and a half, they did their job and said my car was in perfect shape. Don’t know why I went to anyone else. Lesson learned just stick to who you know is good cuz I’m not coming here again even though I’ve come here before. I understand some people could have a bad day but a job is a job. Maybe I’ll try them again in the future but it’ll be a while.

The men who work here are the absolute best! They’ve helped me with multiple issues in the past, on top of oil changes. Just today, my battery was loose, and they fixed it right up for me. They’re so gracious and kind - I’d give them a million stars if I could! Thanks, dudes!

We decided to get a second opinion after being told something was wrong with our emergency brake. The second mechanic found no issues and passed our car. It seems the first place only cares about money, not the customer.

They will lie to you and markup your oil change. 85 dollars for a 4 cyl oil change and I was told my 1.5 liter motor needed 6 quarts. Then they said they charge to take off the skid plate...on a 2018 ford escape...bone stock. As if nearly all cars don't have some sort of cover you have to remove. Penny pinching no good dishonest crooks. Y'all are crooks and I won't be back. I hope y'all sleep fine knowing you are liars and thieves.

My review below is from one year ago, but I decided to try this location again. I shared with the technician that my last visit was not a good experience and he asked me to mention it to the manager, Mike. I was assured that the old manager was gone and that they now run a tight organization and would not miss what needed to be done. As I began to get in my vehicle, I asked if they had reset the maintenance light to which he responded, "I don't know, I was under the vehicle." It had not been done. While this is a minor issue, it is clear that the level of service and attention to detail has not improved. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. The prices are not particularly competitive but I was willing to pay extra for convenience. However, after using this location for multiple vehicles over the course of 2 1/2 years, I recently had a concerning experience. After returning home, I noticed an oil leak on a vehicle with no history of issues. I found that the oil was over full and the filter was leaking because it was not even hand tight. After giving the filter at least two full turns to tighten, the leak has been eliminated. I contacted the manager who offered a small discount on my next visit. I am not seeking reimbursement or a discount, but I hope that you take this in mind when considering this business as the consequences could be severe.

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. The "inspection" list is arbitrary and depends on the employees' mood for the day and what they want to try to sell you at the time. All of the employees are unprofessional; to have the quasi problems with your car be explained with every other descriptor a cuss word is highly disappointing. I would NEVER take my vehicle here for any type of service, and now I will not be taking vehicles here for state inspections either.

Just came to get my motorhome inspected and an elderly gentleman was here having his vehicle inspected. They noticed that his car was overheating and repaired it right here for him for just the $7 inspection fee. It touched my heart so much I absolutely highly recommend these guys. Please give good guys like this your business!

I used to like to go to this place because they have always been courteous and reasonable on pricing for anything. I had my wife take my truck in for an oil change since I work nights and they tried charging her for work not done to the vehicle. I get that she's a woman, but she's not stupid, so she asked questions and they did end up taking the charges off. It's a disappointment to the community when you have dishonest businesses that try and take advantage of people, especially women.
