Most excellent customer service from Sorosh! He helped me get the vehicle inspection done in less than 20 minutes. He was so kind professional and helpful. He even gave my 2 pups a treat! You are awesome Sorosh and we will see you next time for our inspection! Emanuel was also kind and helpful too.

The repair staff is good, but do not buy a used car from this shop. The one I bought had major damage that cost me many thousands of dollars to fix. These vehicles have all been written off by their respective insurance companies as "salvage". Do not risk your life unless you take the car to another mechanic to thoroughly inspect any unseen damage to the engine, transmission and frame. Only then should you even consider to purchase a used car from here. This is the voice of experience talking. Too late for me but not for you.

The response you gave is a complete lie she drove car home 24 miles and then to work you were wrong your company when removed water pump failed to maintain the timeing of the motor and you tried to pass it off to a 35 year old single mom that called us to tell us what happened you refused to make it right after your company caused the problem there was never any timing chain problems with car until you failed to do job correctly I will proceed to tell people about your company i have thousands of client data base will also contact news people you deserve to be made famous your horrible you only took car and left her stuck after I told you we didn't fall for your lies This company to in our car because it was overheating and said it needed a water pump and it cost over 1000 to fix they fix it and call single mom and said all fixed she picks up and on way home she calls and said it's overheating car gets towed back and they say if timing chain is bad need alot more money to fix and they say oh her fault car is low 3 quarts on oil and research shows if water pump is done and they don't use special tool will cause this to happen the mechanic did incorrect Tony owner had loaned car then after we didn't fall for paying more went and took car with her groceries she just bought and left her stuck with kids and did not even give her car back and he says oh not my problem what a real piece of work

Very ignorant Business and Business Owner! I took my 3 series BWM (2009) here to get my engine fixed, I had a check engine light on and my car had significant loss of power. So they told me I needed a new engine and ordered one, then they told me they needed to order a different engine because the first one was the wrong engine ( BMW 4 series ). Next they said that they needed to take it to a third party business to install the engine. Finally, 4 months ( originally said 2 months) , 2 engines and 3 additional parts later they said it was ready. Once I went to pick it up it sounded terrible and drove worst then how I left it!!! The owner Tony was trying to get me to be ok with it by saying I needed to break in the new Engine, while rushing me to pay. I took it to a different shop and they pointed out how Express Car Care had put the belt on backwards! So if your looking to go from a minor engine problem to a major engine problem for just 2500 labor fees, I would go here. They over charge and do Not fix the problems like promised, I had all there "best" mechanics look at this and none of them could resolve or notice the issues, like the belt they put on backwards. I would NOT recommend Express Car Care.

They do not have conventional oil??? The made me use synthetic blend. Oil change was about $100 . I won't be going back

I dropped my car off at 7am for what I thought would take days to repair and had it back before lunch. Not only that, but I thought the prices were reasonable and the support staff was very kind.

Me and my whole family have been going to express car for over 10 years at least. My father would have his company fleet vehicles taken there and then his personal vehicle. Then my mother, grandmother, brother, my wife and i started taking our cars as well. Mr Tony, Sorosh, Hamid and Clarence, have all been very professional and business minded. I went today to have my wifes 2016 honda hr-v and my 2003 honda civic inspected, and i needed wipers. I dont drive my car alot, and my wipers were old and worn so Mr. Hamid told me that as part of the inspection, for safety, the wipers needed to be replaced. I totally understood and he replaced them for around the same or cheaper than walmart prices. I could have gotten them before getting my car inspected but i forgot and i totally understood about replacing them. Any reasonable person would understand that as well. Overall, i just wanted to thank you guys once again for your consistent and professional service and for Mr. Hamid for taking care of us.

The mechanics is rude. Edit - I have reviewed other reviews. Seems what happened to me has happened to other customers. After the very unpleasant experience (rude remarks and forcing me to buy a windshield wiper), I drove to J&T automotive on Westview and got my inspection done smoothly, no nonsense.

I had a major oil leak on front of engine and thought it was the timing chain cover but they said only vtec filter with very minimal price to fix. They were honest and fixed it right without saying it was the front seal or timing chain cover. They got my business from now on. Honesty goes a longs ways with me.

Normally, this is where we prefer to go because we feel they have a good balance of fair pricing, good work, and quick work. And it's not easy finding a shop with that balance. However, talking to and treating your customers like they're idiots, especially when the whole issue originated with one of your employees forgetting to reset the oil change notification on the computer, that's not cool. We were there for all of maybe 5 minutes, 3 of which spent arguing with the tech about what we needed him to do. I don't know what's difficult about "our car is saying it needs an oil change". I'm not going to accuse someone of not doing their job, whether not doing the oil change or forgetting to reset the notification on the computer. Just check it, that's all we're asking. This is feedback that you guys should be paying attention to, cause this is how you guys lose long-term customers.
