Thank you so much to Ricardo and his team. I was searching for a mechanic that coukd take me same day. They worked quickly and gave me the best pricing for labor when I needed a quick installation of brake pads and a new battery. Ric was so friendly and fun. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customer service with a friendly atmosphere! Rick and his team are quick and thorough with the diagnostic. He explained and pointed out the issue with the car on the lift. The work was finished same day, and his rates are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Honest, fair, and kind. I will be bringing my vehicle back for any other issues I might encounter. I will also be sharing this shop with family, friends, and work colleagues. Cannot recommend a better shop that doesn’t take advantage of customers!

I moved to Texas in 2019, and this is the only shop I trust my car with. Still, after moving over 45 minutes away from this location.. I gladly make the trip knowing that I am in great hands. The owner and mechanics are welcoming and knowledgeable. You can tell the owner makes a personal connection with each client. You can trust your vehicle will be handled with care.

I sold a minicooper as scrap for $700 to Mr. Ricardo in 2019, he repaired it around 2020 and they used the tollway for two years with the license plate under my name, now I have a debt with the EZ Tag and he did not want to take responsibility for it . I find him a dishonest and irresponsible person.

Was kinda skeptical at first, being that I've lived in katy for 10+ years now and always drove past this shop. The owner Rick was understanding and very informative with the work and/or any issue that may have came up.Finished in a timely manner and I got some good information on my 96 TL. My brother and I use Rick as our personal mechanic shop. He's got our business for a while. Keep it up Rick!

One of the best mechanic hands down!! I'm so blessed to have came across him. I can literally say any and every car i have owned and will own in the future Nobody will lays hands on it unless its these guys! Thats how much i trust and believe in their work! Responsible, Reasonable, Efficient and trustworthy when it comes to any vehicle. Definitely a high recommendation.

This review is for Express Automotive. The shop's owner Rick Izquierdo, has a genuine interest in always helping his customers. What first cought my attention when I visited his shop for the first time several years ago, was how he doesn't overcharge for repairs or parts when they're not needed. Rick's friendliness, honesty and quality work are things that are hard to find in an auto shop nowadays. He's an old-school, chip of the ol' block and an excellent auto mechanic.
